This might be the ONLY thing that I support Brown on.
However, look down the road at what this could do.
Even though he is Democrat Brown may be positioning himself to RUN FOR PRESIDENT in 2016!
Brown is checking out the POWER he has just as Governor, or else how much Obama has as President!
Brown sought the Democratic nominations for President of the United States in 1976, 1980, and 1992, and lost each time.
California can have power as it is the largest populated state with 38 million, 50% larger than the next, Texas at 26 Million.
