10-12-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony The good news is that the process is indeed completed. The bad news is that we won't see it today. The plan at this moment is to bring it out late Sunday or on Monday, if the announcement about the debt ceiling is made public...yes some were paid again last night...Bank personnel are not working today and are not scheduled for tomorrow. IT IS STILL GOING TO HAPPEN!!!...everything concerning the RV is complete. We are simply waiting to go to the bank.

You're and idiot and have no idea what you're talking about. No RV has gone live for one second on any bank screen. This whole thing is a hoax and you just won't admit it.
Hold the lies a moment here, first off the RV has not happened. secondly, the rates are not showing for even a millisecond,. thirdly the RV is not a big component of what's going on right now. No matter how loud people claiming to have "inside informants" tell you do not believe it, is lies, that is the reason why they have to come up with ridiculous excuses like, " a person forgot to sign" "4 Countries are not signed up yet" " Is Wells Fargo's fault" (it isn't) "Is only open for the Elite" Trust me, they have a better, faster way to make way more (Have you heard the one about JP dumping millions of Gold securities just before the closing yesterday? so don't make this greedy Cabalists to be small game, they are not. The IQD, IF is ever RV will be in the single digits, so is really not worth the headache of all the rigging need it to be done in order to pull it off. What you need it to do instead of investing in IQD which started as a rumor and some logistics work was..well, sorry I am not here to tell you that, just know one thing: NONE of this people holding calls and posting on this blog are telling the truth, NONE OF THEM.
