So with the Debt Ceiling Now Unlimited the Congress got a pay increase and Healthcare.gov got NO MORE funding, yet $5,000 per person comes out of EVERYONE'S bank account on January 1, 2014 except for Muslims and Illegal Aliens!
And NOT a Penny goes into Healthcare.gov or Obamacare as this is only an an administrative fee!
