Your Tax Dollars At Work: Syrian “Rebels” Take Christian Village And Force All To Convert To Islam Or Die

We are already supporting and arming these people. John Kerry, Barack Obama, John McCain, Nancy Pelosi, and many others want the US government to give them air support.

The UK Daily Mail reports,

“Terrified Christians claim Syrian rebels ordered them to convert to Islam on pain of death when they ‘liberated’ their ancient village. Opposition forces, including fighters linked to Al Qaeda, gained temporary control of the Christian village of Maaloula after fighting with regime forces. The reports have reignited fears about western support for the rebel groups, which are increasingly being infiltrated by Islamic extremists. One Maaloula resident said the rebels, many of whom had beards and shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’ (God is great), attacked Christian homes and churches shortly after moving into the village. ‘They shot and killed people. I heard gunshots and then I saw three bodies lying in the middle of a street in the old quarters of the village. Where is President Obama to see what has befallen us?’ Another Christian resident said: ‘I saw the militants grabbing five villagers and threatening them and saying, “Either you convert to Islam, or you will be beheaded.”’ Another said one church had been torched, and gunmen stormed into two other churches and robbed them.”

The evidence indicates that these Syrian rebels were not Syrian at all—and, therefore, were not rebels at all, but rather foreign invaders:

“Villagers said they heard several foreign accents among the rebels, with many feared to be Al Qaeda fighters imported into the conflict. A villager said he heard mainly Tunisian, Libyan, Moroccan and Chechen dialects.”

Almost every day a news report like this comes in where, once again, we see evidence that

• The “rebels” are not all rebels but imported killers from other regions. They have nothing to do with popular opposition in Syria against Bashar al Assad.

• They commit unspeakable atrocities
• They single out Christian civilians and other minority civilians for murder and other crimes.

This is reported regularly. Anyone who pays attention at all knows it is happening.

And yet Barack Obama and John Kerry and all the rest of the self-appointed guardians of world morality simply go on posturing against Bashar Al Assad and pretending that the moderates have any chance in the world. After leaving Iraq and then Libya as Al-Qaeda-infested hellholes, these people ignore exactly the same evidence that was ignored in our “humanitarian” mission in Libya.

We all know the Syrian results are going to be the same. Or worse, since Al Qaeda terrorists may get their hands on chemical weapons, if they haven’t already.

Our executive branch is acting on the assumption that the American people will never do anything to stop or to punish them. Call your Representative and Senators and make it clear that you want them to do both.
