  [you said it was being released one country at a time?] [Text -  "Live in Germany after banks close..."]    No, it’s not one country at a time.  If you are referring to Germany, a lot the bank systems are set up like wedding cakes:  their particular central bank gets it, and they push it down to their banks.  The US has eleven different layers, so it’s much more complicated.  Most countries have two layers, and so they can move quickly to the bank level.  If we can confirm the deal in Germany, then it tells us it is moving worldwide.  If that is true, they are getting the entire world rolled out, and that will include the US.  I fully expect this process is going down.
