Senator Barbara Boxer (D) and Representative Anna Eshoo (D-Palo Alto), have
proposed federal legislation that would for the first time impose Federal, as opposed
to State, vaccine mandates to attend an educational program. The legislators’ bill
entitled A Head Start on Vaccinations Act would require all children enrolled in Head Start to get all of the vaccinations recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) according to the CDC’s timetable. There would be no exemptions for religious or personnel beliefs.
If this passes it will only be a matter of time before the mandate would be extended to children who attend schools that receive Federal funding, such
as IDEA funding for special education, student loan guarantees, etc.

ELIGIBILITY FOR HEAD
START:
Eligibility is largely
income–based, although each local program includes other eligibility
criteria, such as disabilities and services needed by other family
members. Families must earn less than 100% of the federal
poverty level. Families may also qualify under a categorical
eligibility category—receipt of TANF funds, Supplemental Security funds,
or Homeless as per the McKinney-Vento Act. Up to 10% of any funded
program's enrollment can be from higher income families or families
experiencing emergency situations. All programs are required to provide
services to children with disabilities who must comprise 10% of their
total enrollment. Per the Head Start Act (2007), programs may select to
serve families whose income is between 100-130% under certain
circumstances. Programs must also complete additional reporting
requirements if this is appropriate for their
community.

Unfortunately, Federal laws trump State laws. For instance, even though medicinal marijuana dispensaries in California are legal under state law, the dispensaries are still subject to raids by Federal law enforcement agencies because of Federal drug laws. While Federal mandates that make vaccinations mandatory would indeed play out differently, the point still stands.
What about the AMA's, CODES OF ETHICS, STANDARDS & PATIENTS RIGHTS...??.. By Oath, they Can't Force it... Not without explaining the facts of the Treatments to us First....Unless they break their OATH, or the Doctor is Military; or works for the Governments' ACA....
All Civilian-Doctors are now Just Medical Technicians...They can only Administer now what the Government Directs, them to do.... The Government eliminated the Doctors decision making ABILITIES....Can you believe they went to school and earned the right to Practice and Express this knowledge..!. They took Objective Reasoning about Care Giving, and Patients Personal Health Rights away..!.
There is no more Doctor-Patient Decision process at work here anymore, thanks to the Affordable Care Act.... WHY DO WE CONSENT TOO THESE LOSES OF RIGHTS..?..
