This film was put together by a David Schied, a court-watcher local to Doreen and me who became aware of her case and asked to do an interview for a series he produces called 'RICO Busters', which is focused on bad behavior in the federal courts. That interview is supplemented by some additional footage David had shot previously shot while Doreen and I were addressing a group of local activists about the case. David graciously made the film available to me, and I have edited out as much of the series-specific material as possible and posted a version focused exclusively on the assault on Doreen's rights and on everyone's rule of law. I'm sure everyone will find it interesting, and I expect everyone will find it very disturbing. I hope everyone will help it go viral.

THE PETITION by which everyone can stand up and be counted as an American man or woman who disagrees with the idea that a federal court can deprive someone of speech, conscience and due process rights to suit the convenience of the state has crept up in number over the week. But while I love and appreciate everyone who has signed, I remain baffled by those who have not. Signing a petition like this is just a way for folks to show that there are a lot of us that take our rights seriously. Did everyone see 'The Patriot'? Remember that scene in the church near the beginning when the question of who was on the side of liberty and the rights of man was posed to the congregation? Those who sign this petition are like those who stood up in that scene. I WANT TO MENTION TO EVERYONE that I added a few things to the main newsletter offerings a few days after first posting last Saturday. Consequently, some of you will have missed the late-posted article on the new "Obamacare" tax line on this year's 1040s, and the 'This & That' post concerning the car-charge and shooting at NSA headquarters last week. This lady deserves a Bundy Ranch style show up at her sentencing hearing in the Detroit Federal Court, Judge Victoria Roberts court room, second floor, on April 9th 2015. If the, so called, judge sentences her to any time what so ever; arrest the judge for treason and haul her ass off to places unknown. Don't forget to pack your guns. Put these criminal judges and prosecutors away.
Thank you for posting this. I have been trying to bring attention to losthorizons.com on this blog for several years now and I always got censored. Their law is correct and their procedures work. If you want a place to get started resisting the cabal, learn how to keep them from taking your money. Those who earn a living from their labor do not owe taxes on these earnings, and the IRS has refunded several millions of dollars because of this. I can list my name as among those who received their money back. At losthorizons.com you can see actual checks and the paperwork that got the refunds. The governent is after the Hendricksons because they are desperately trying to shut them up. Learn the tax law and help bankrupt the cabal!

The Bankruptcy of The United States
United States Congressional Record March 17, 1993 Vol. #33, page H-1303 Speaker-Senator James Traficant, Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House: "Mr. Speaker, we are here now in chapter 11. Members of Congress are official trustees presiding over the greatest reorganization of any Bankrupt entity in world history, the U.S. Government. We are setting forth hopefully, a blueprint for our future. There are some who say it is a coroner's report that will lead to our demise."
It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent.
H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.
The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund.
