In the forecast issued May 11, 2015 – specifically called for movement to hit North Mexico along the Baja region.
Today, May 14 2015, a 4.0 magnitude has now hit North Mexico.

_______
Watch the forecast for Mexico here: Still watching for the next 4 days in Baja / Gulf of California –however this current 4.0M is large enough, and rare enough to consider to be part of this expected North Mexico movement.
I was expecting Gulf of California / Baja Mexico.. instead the area just due East moved.
_______
Ironically, the location in North Mexico which just experienced this 4.0M earthquake is an ancient dormant volcanic complex.
