Boeing moves forward with High Power Microwave Weapon

5/16/2015 — USAF / Boeing moves forward with High Power Microwave Weapon — SCALABLE EMP Generator

by Michael Janitch
High Power Microwaves (HPM) are becoming a weapon of war in multiple ways.
News has surfaced that the USAF (Air Force), and Boeing have made a High Power Microwave / Electromagnetic Pulse generator which is capable of being targeted down to a room below a cruise missile flying above.
The cruise missile is fitted with a High Power Microwave pulse generator, which is targeted at objects below (or above).  The targeted high power microwaves act like an EMP from a nuclear blast, which cooks all electronic components which are not properly shielded.
Apparently Boeing got the memo on High Power Microwaves!

In this case, during a test of the new Microwave weapon, the Air Force was able to shut down a room of computers from a distance above (tests done in Utah).
Quote the report:
"The research laboratory tested the counter-electronics device on the cruise missile at a military test range in Utah, where it successfully shut down a room full of computers. The effect similar to the electromagnetic pulse from a high-altitude nuclear explosion.
Major general Thomas Masiello says the technology, which fries electronic equipment with bursts of high-power microwave energy, is mature and will be miniaturised to suite the JASSM-ER."

CHAMP payloads are scalable and can be packed in different types of delivery systems. The effector, a coil and capacitor, are designed to release very high electromagnetic peak power at a very short time, disabling electronic equipment without causing any damage to other infrastructure.
One of the displays at the Pentagon Lab Day yesterday was the Air Forces’ Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) weapon developed by Boeing under the Counter-electronics High-powered Microwave Advanced Missile Project (CHAMP). AFRL has tested the weapon in 2012, using an AGM-86 Conventional Air-Launched Cruise Missile used as a surrogate vehicles the Air Force has now selected the stealthy, long-range Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM-ER) as the optimal air vehicle to carry the CHAMP weapon.

This comes after news 2 months ago that Boeing is now using High Power Microwaves to generate a physical shock wave FORCE FIELD which will deflect incoming explosive blasts!

These HPM weapons are just a small taste of what Microwave directed energy weapons are capable of.
Going forward over the next few years, I am certain the powers that be will find out much more when they search the "scalar" potential that is available when beams area actually crossed and in resonance.

Ironic that Boeing is now developing, and testing these HPM devices -- my father worked for them for many years.
Scalar potential is what occurs when two HPM beams are crossed, and modulated to cause a resonance where the beams meet.  As seen in the screenshots below, the diagrams match real world activity.
When beams are crossed, greater energy forms where they meet.  This energy can be increased or decreased to cause super-heating, or super cooling.
