Caravan Of Mysterious White Military Buses Seen In North Carolina As FEMA Trains With Shackles Conspiracy Theory Gets Jade Helm 15 Twist

With the US Army now admitting that 'Jade Helm 15 Is Getting Wired Tight', the 1st video below is getting a lot of attention on YouTube as it shows a caravan of mysterious white buses with all of their windows blackened out making their way south in North Carolina and being driven by members of the US military according to the person who passed by them and took these pictures. All News Pipeline has been informed that these buses are meant to carry prisoners and with potential dissident roundups now (of 'role players') confirmed by the US Army to be happening in Jade Helm 15, the story shared in the 2nd video below has brought back to life the infamous 'FEMA Trains with shackles' conspiracy theory that dates back at least 10 years.

In the 2nd video below we're told of a story reported by SHTFPlan broken by Dave Hodges in which he received an anonymous letter from someone claiming to be a Texas Ranger who told him about ominous FEMA trains with shackles being prepared to ALSO transfer prisoners, though he tells us that the prisoners to be transferred are members of ISIS captured in America. According to this anonymous letter, ISIS has enough firepower in Texas to take over a small town. As is clearly explained in the 2nd video, we should take this letter (excerpts of it below) with a grain of salt.

Hello Mr. Hodges, I have been a Texas Ranger for quite some time, and as such, I am privy to much of what is going on with regard to the Midland Walmart store closing, the presence of ISIS on Texas soil and our preparations to combat an insurgent threat.
The main reason that I am writing to you is to encourage you to keep writing on the growing threat of infiltration in Texas and I suspect other states as well. The infiltration I am writing about is not just Special Forces that are going to conducting covert drills in our state. that is concerning and I agree with you this involves martial law. For now I am talking about ISIS and the danger that they pose to all of us. Our intelligence indicates that they have enough manpower & firepower to subdue a small town. The Midland Walmart takeover by DHS is a national security move in which we have been told falls under the Continuity of Government provisions. The Threat Fusion Centers are providing related information on what it is we are facing but the information sharing is only in one direction and that is very concerning.
We expecting an attack on more than one Texas city or town by ISIS and/or any of their partners. I believe the information to be accurate. However, this makes the covert operations of groups like the Navy Seals and others under JH15 highly suspicious. We do not need the insertion of Special Ops into Texas towns and cities. I think that you are probably right about the intention of arresting political undesirables given what we know about JH15. I am of the opinion that whatever the mission objectives of JH15, they have nothing to do with the immediate threat. Therefore, I do not pretend to understand the full scope of JH 15 because there are unfolding operational details which are almost impossible to reconcile with what I already know to be fact based the evidence for what is going on.

Let me drop a bombshell that I have not seen you address. There are trains moving throughout Texas that have shackles inside some of the cars. I have not personally seen them, but I know personnel that have seen this. This indicates that these trains will be used to transport prisoners of some sort. I know from reading your articles that your default belief will be that these are for American political prisoners and will be transported to FEMA detention camps of some sort. We have been told by Homeland that these trains are slated for transporting captured terrorists, non-domestic. We are not sure we can trust this explanation because Homeland is keeping a lot from us and we are growing increasingly uncomfortable with their presence in Texas.
With all of the money that is being spent on Jade Helm 15, why is that money NOT being spent upon securing the southern border? We certainly had plenty of years to get that accomplished and it would seem that by now, it's far too late to stop those who want to get in from coming in. Are they preparing to haul off a mass number of ISIS terrorists via trains with shackles or are these trains, if they even exist, prepared for 'dissident' Americans?
We certainly don't know all the answers and are just bringing this information to your attention to do with it as you might. Sadly we all know by now that we cannot get any real information from the mainstream nor our govt about what it really happening in America nor anywhere around the world. Thankfully, we at least have citizen media such as DAHBOO777 and Professor Doom1 in the videos below to at least bring forth information and ask the questions that need to be asked.

People need to listen to me about this one thing and stop being in denial, it is a fact that Obama is a very dangerous man and violent authoritarian.
Many don't wish to believe it is true, yet it is true down to the parable. He has already disappeared many of the Bushes, Rockefeller senior, the elder Bernhard and plenty of the Zionists all across Florida. But so what? The so what is that they're all nearly deceased!
Obama is going to basically kill off the Chris Christies and other elites. But the problem people aren't aware of in the danger here, is those aren't the only people he's targeting. Obama is also very adamant on getting more agreeable concessions from the world towards all Muslims.
Listen to me as I am being very blunt here. Obama is the false messiah, the anti christ. Not like well, he's just one of them...No more or less he is the official one.
When Obama leaves office either by arrest or otherwise (one may dearly pray to God make it quick), then he is going to disappear from public view and end up going to Jerusalem.
An elaborate deception will then play out literally, where a figure who appears to be Christ ushers in a benevolent master to rule over the Earth. That man will bear the face of Obama, and there is no question...it will be Obama. He will rise again in Jerusalem!
He will then offer his gifts of friendship to the people of Israel, and then signal for his Egyptian cohorts to bring the peace. At a certain point he will then break the oath and wreck Israel, sending all of his legions to desecrate it to pieces. Islam will then destroy it giving Egypt full rule and hastening final judgment.
It is not a joke nor is it a drill, this is the man who brings the end of days folks. You may laugh in glee when you see a Rothschild lose their "head" in some prison, but how many of you lemmings will be laughing when one day its your own?!?
