Clint Eastwood at 84...Preparing To Say Good-Bye

"Make my day"

Clint just tells it like it is..........
If you realize each day is a gift, you may be near my age. As I
enjoy my twilight years, I am often struck by the inevitability that
the party must end. There will be a clear, cold morning when there
isn't any "more." No more hugs, no more special moments to celebrate
together, no more phone calls just to chat. It seems to me that one
of the important things to do before that morning comes, is to let
every one of your family and friends know that you care for them by
finding simple ways to let them know your heartfelt beliefs and the
guiding principles of your life so they can always say, "He was my
friend, and I know where he stood." So, just in case I'm gone
tomorrow, please know this: I voted against that incompetent, lying,
flip-flopping, insincere, double-talking, radical socialist,
terrorist excusing, bleeding heart, narcissistic, scientific and
economic moron currently in the White House! Participating in a gun
buy-back program because you think that criminals have too many guns

is like having yourself castrated because you think your neighbors
have too many kids.

Regards,
Clint

God Bless you, Clint. May you always have blue skies and green lights, and may the wind be always at your back. You brought happiness and entertainment to millions of Americans, without selling your soul like so many of your fellow actors in the Hollywood crowd. You're my hero and I look forward to meeting you upstairs later on. Thanks for all you've done for America. Harold Call

Right on Clint! Still watching older movies (and better movies) with you in them.

Seems not credible. The last line ( used in an alleged CE tweet or text message ) makes no sense with the earlier part. Obviously added on. As to the earlier part, not sure if it is from him. Lots of questions if all of this is from CE, if one does a search.

Who cares. Clint made us feel good about being a law abiding Citizen and PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN. That's more than I can say for many other Hollywood self-absorbed people who only care about lining their pockets with green-backs.

I doubt this is authentic. Looks more to me like a well-done piece of satire pimping Eastwood who -- although a gifted film director -- will never live down his pathetic conversation with an empty chair at the Republican national convention.

I love you always have. From Blondie to Dirty Harry. God Bless You! They just don't make movies like this any more. Still watching them.
