This is considered a Threat against the Government so anyone that gives this Notice to a Government Official can be arrested.
For HAARP has been controlling the drought in California, yet this last Sunday the Flood that came thru Desert Center collapsed the I-10 Bridge for which could be months before they get a new one up.
Yet for what came thru there is a massive amount of chemicals that came down on the people, but even on the other side maybe they wanted to see what would happen if too much rain came down, and the records show that about 50% more rain came down in that time period than in 120 years.

Yes, I have communicated with Anna very close to her book, and I sent the Writ of Replevin that Cindy Currier put out on Mr. Sino along with the UCC Financial Statement LIEN that Anna has both to the IRS in Ogden, UT last week and mentioned I also sent my State Office in January a couple personal Promissory Notes per the House Joint Resolution 192 of JUNE 5, 1933 and the Bills of Exchange Act 34 of 1964 for them to comply with them and still waiting for a response.
The IRS office in another State sent me a notice that I no longer owe any taxes for 2012 even though I thought I owed $3,800, so maybe the Promissory Notes work some of the time.
Now for me and the rest of us to Mandate actions to be taken by the Government is tough as you still have to have some financial backing to continue.

Hey, first commenter here. If something needs to be done I will do my part. With that being said, BS blabermouth post will get called out. And I could smell it from a mile away. we are way past the point of "hopeful blind optimism" (so 2012), now if some mysterious groups wants to claim that they can do something good for humanity (galactic federation, nesara, OPT, the freeken blue avians, or anonymous) they had better back that shit up.
We as a patient group have been jerked off to the point were its all BS. Making us think that "someone else is fixing the problems". They aint, looked up this morning saw cemtrails, will see them tomorrow and for the next year I bet. Here is a riddle, how many good military does it take to obey unlawful orders from the U.N? Answer: it doesn't matter because we have the defense sec. telling congress that the U.N can order us into wars and other actions and congress can't do anything about it (and they haven't since the he admitted it in 2012) .

I have seen that but I am not clear on it but I am only half way through it. I just wanted to let you know that they will not arrest you if you are commanding them as long as you do not threaten them. Now, they are sensitive as they know what is coming so their version of threaten and your version of commanding is different. However, I am not sweet when I let them know what they are to be doing and that they are responsible and accountable and then I tell them shame on them. That is all that we can do but at least we are letting them know that we do not approve or consent or give our permission to what they are doing or not doing but a lot of people have to let them know. Most people think that others will do it and that is why we are in this mess.
