Very nice presentation; however, Terry left out the Notary Act of 1850 which in fact, describes what is necessary for full faith and credit under the constitution of the united States of America. The significance of this Act is what brought the crooked banks to their collective knees. The seal, the notary's signature and other evidence demonstrates unequivocally the authenticity of books and records (like birth certificates) and judicial proceedings.
