According to HAARPStatus.com, when any HAARP Magnitude Frequency Readings go between Magnitude 6 and Magnitude 9, significant change is expected. Anything over M7 is rare and special attention must be directed when readings go seven and higher. Currently in Southern California, the HAARP magnitude frequency reading is 7.1.
What are ‘they’ now preparing for; a ‘severe weather event’ or a massive Earthquake?

HaarpStatus.com is a real-time sensor network from over 22 sensors placed at volunteer residences across the United States. The sensors can detect the HAARP frequency on the ionosphere.
Wavelengths -
Shortwaves indicate near events, a high short spike usually means a short term major event is about to happen in that area.
Longwaves and steady increases usually mean a large scale change is developing in the area that will effect a large area’s upper level jet stream.
Magnitude System - This project has developed a way to measure the magnitude of change in the ionosphere due to HAARP. The scale is from 1 to 10. Zero to One magnitudes are pretty normal while anything over five would be considered moderate and possibly significant, which can alter a weather pattern.

It’s the largest ionospheric heater in the world. Capable of heating a 1000 square kilometer area of the ionosphere to over 50,000 degrees. It’s also a phased array. Which means it’s steer-able and those waves can be directed to a selected target area. What they have found is that by sending radio frequency energy up and focusing it, as they do with these kinds of instruments, it causes a heating effect. And that heating literally lifts the ionosphere within a 30 mile diameter area therein changing localized pressure systems or perhaps the route of jet streams. Moving a jet stream is a phenomenal event in terms of man being able to do this. The problem is we cannot model the system adequately. Long term consequences of atmospheric heating are unknown. Changing weather in one place can have a devastating downstream effect. H.A.A.R.P. admits to manipulating weather.

Hope the good guys keep track of the HAARP operators knowing what they do for living must be an amusement to see people suffer.
Perhaps this has something to do with the very large chain of fires in recent days. Normally, I'd write it off as normal chapperale "fire regulated eco-system" behaviour, but combined with the extreme drought during the normal wet season of this eco-system and sudden spike in heat this week, this is suspicious.

The misunderstanding of ionospheric heater technology capabilities in this blog is truly amazing. Suffice it to say, HAARP isn't commonly used to heat up anything on the ground, and it isn't used to set fires. However, it IS capable of causing intense drought, intense storms, changes in mental state like anxiety or inappropriate relaxation, and it CAN cause earthquakes. HAARP and its cousins use MICROwaves to heat the ionosphere into a plasma state. The boundary conditions between the normally cold ionosphere and the heated atmosphere makes it into a mirrored dome that can take a secondary signal and bounce it to numerous positions across the earth. HAARP is known to be able to circle the earth with a signal in three "hops"-which is a technique known to HAM operators who use the ionosphere to communicate around the globe.
Unfortunately, the military operates HAARP/HIPAS (when it isn't being used for experiments by the Stanford ELF/VLF Group), so it IS possible to see most of the techniques suggested in the Bernard Eastlund patents by watching satellite weather web sites. You can watch storm fronts being steered contrary to the directions they should be taking, you can see the drying effect of gravity waves applied to areas that are desperate for rain, and you can see "scalar conduits" where channeled local phenomena are being "entrained" by a series of sequential pulses.
Unfortunately, 22 sensors across the country doesn't compose much of a network - but at least somebody is trying. It would be most informative if somebody could configure a network of scalar (or longitudinal) microwave energy sensors, or at least magnetometers that could really tell when and where the next bird kill, earthquake, or rash of insane terrorist acts would take place.
