Once upon a time, there was a dumb, uneducated hick farmer in
Maryland. Being uneducated in book learning and held as dumb by all the
smart young graduates from college, all he had to live by was a bit of
common sense and some knowledge gained in the school of "hard knocks"
(personal experience).
This hick farmer lived in a little rural community that got bypassed
in the development of many other parts of Maryland. There were ten working
men in this little town. One was the small general merchant, one was the
carpenter, one the baker, one the tailor, a couple of them farmers, and so
on.
Everyone was poor but self-sufficient in this little town. One day
this hick farmer got an idea that might occur to an uneducated man, but not
to the fancy, educated college kids and the big named economists. After
all, what is all that education for if a simple idea works far better than
all of the fancy, complex concepts only highly educated people can come up
with?
This hick farmer suggested to his neighbors a novel idea how to
increase their incomes. He said, "Let's print up $1,000 in community
dollars, give each of the 10 of us $100.00 in community dollars. Let's buy
the same amount between us. This way we can all buy more for ourselves.
They agreed to his plan, printed up $1,000.00 in crude community dollars
and gave $100.00 to each of the 10 men.
Well, at first, the plan didn't do much. They spent these community
dollars with each other about once a year. Each man realized $100.00 extra
in extra income besides his usual income. But then the system began to
catch on. They spent their community dollars with one another about once a
month.Each man realized now $1,200.00 in new annual income from these
community dollars and the community had generated itself $12,000.00 in
income from just $1,000.00 in printed money. These people began to like
this new prosperity coming to them. They began to spend their community
dollars with one another once a week. Now every man made $5,200.00 annually
in new income and the community realized $52,000.00 in new business for the
year off of just $1,000.00 in printed currency. Finally the boom fever
swept this little town. The people spent their money as fast as they got
it. The men now realized $10,400 income each, yearly, or $104,000.00 in
income for the community during the year from just $1,000.00 in printed
currency.
The town found that so long as there were goods and labor to back up
this currency money, then this local money was always good.
There is a moral to this story. Leave the people alone, give them
honest money (money not manipulated by the government or banks) and free
enterprise will make these dollars move faster and faster until everyone is
prosperous, no one is poor or unemployed. You see this dumb, uneducated
hick farmer had more real brains concerning money than all of the bright
boys from Harvard and Yale with their sounding great, worthless answers.
Four times in history the bankers have lost control of the issuance of
a nation's money. Free enterprise then swiftly doubled and tripled the
wages of the laboring class and greatly multiplied the profits of business
in the process.
4,000 years of recorded economic history testifies that honestly run
money and free enterprise greatly outperforms all the glittering false
promises of Communism or other versions of socialism.
All the political hot air of the politicians in the world will not
change the laws of economic science as to what will work or else not work.
Communism is a mediocre substitute for a national monetary system honestly
run and free enterprise. Communism is basically a scheme of grand larceny
condemned by Jesus Christ where you covet your neighbor's wealth and so
want to steal it from him and give it to you using the government as your
gangster front for you. However, in systems of stealing money such as this,
you finally run out of the money of other people and the system ends up
making you very poor as you stole the money from those who were going to
invest and found your new industries and jobs for you.
America's greatness is withering as more socialism is steadily
introduced into the economy as reflected by wildeyed massive regulations
and wildeyed massive taxes intended to stop free enterprise in the nation
and substitute instead the socialist welfare state based upon steal from
the rich to give to the poor. As those raising money for new industries
know, the poor do not finance your new industries for the nation but those
who were smart in business or else prosperous enough to save up money for
investments when they arose. So when you wipe out the rich and more
prosperous middle class, you end the national finances for free enterprise.
And bureaucrats in socialist government are incredibly dumber in how to
create new national industries than smart business brains out to benefit
the nation by new industry or out to make themselves richer but they have
to benefit you with better products and better prices so they have to serve
you while advancing themselves. And even if they invest to make more money
in industry, they still create more wealth for the nation and more jobs for
you in the nation in the process.
If economists or other people would study enough history, they would
find as I found by massive research work that 84 economic systems recorded
over the last 4,000 years all are run by the same scientific, economic
formula how to create full employment and prosperity in a nation. If
America applied this formula to its economy and used it correctly
(keep the dumb politicians out of messing up this formula!), then our
unemploymentwould soon disappear, excessive poverty disappear, world
war threats would disappear as economic social justice on earth would
corrupt all mankind by prosperity so no one would want to be bothered
by the barbaric act of war to use on other barbaric races on earth,
and major crime would disappear as basically happens every time in
history everyone in a nation gets too prosperous. Crime is the
reflection of a mismanaged economy where people
lose hope in survival otherwise or criminal acts seem to many like the only
way to get rich in society.
The following historical formula of economic science based upon my
study of these 84 economic systems over 4,000 years of recorded history
tells how economic science can automatically outlaw unemployment and
poverty in any nation smart enough to scientifically apply it to their
national government's economic policies and laws. One point here. I play to
win! I don't tell how some nations guaranteed high velocity for their money
and how they insured their money was always soundly controlled in value so
no inflation had to be created while a people skyrocketed in prosperity off
of high velocity money which was preached by Jesus Christ who bluntly said
to not hoard money and God would bless your society. You have got to deal
with me to make this economic formula work right for America or other
nations. I refuse to use this formula for America until my Omni Law is
passed. That is to keep the dumb politicians out of the way so we who are
real economists can skyrocket the American economy for the American people.
Base your national laws and policies upon this infallible economic
formula if used correctly:

Now translating this formual a bit into more common language, T
stands for Total Purchasing Power In Circulation (measures the degree of
prosperity or lack of prosperity in an economy and is the value that must
be increased in relationship to the population if a nation desires more
prosperity and/or employment for itself.). M stands for Money In
Circlulation (purchasing power is money. Therefore, all types of purchasing
power such as printed currency, bank checks, credit charges, gold, bonds or
other securities when and if they are readily convertible into cash -
"legal tender" as the lawyers label it - or accepted in place of cash). P
stands for Purchasing Power Per Unit Of Money Or Effective Substitutes In A
Given Period Of Time. V is the factor not understood by American
economists, yet it is the key to making economic science at last a
practical, competent branch of science.
Whenever the total produced by these three economic factors is greater
than before for a given number of people or national population, then the
degree of prosperity increases in an economy. Whenever the total for a
standing population or set number of people is less than before when these
three factors are multitplied together, then the degree of prosperity or
employment has to decrease in the economy. There are no exceptions to this
formula in human history. This formula shows what causes unemployment or
poverty and how to cure it. For example, check inflation and increase the
statistical amount of purchasing power (units of money) in circulation or
else spend money faster and more prosperity and employment are created.
I added a new factor to this formula. By focused use of engineering,
we can wildly increase the purchasing power of money or effective
substitutes. I will have to teach other economists how this works after we
are running the American economy by this colossally powerful economic
formula.
If the limitation of raw resources or else insufficient population,
etc. forces a nation to have only a partial "market system" (Dr. Adam
Smith's version), just do policies like settle the population that is
surplus in any way on good farmland and forget "Built-in obsolescence" in
the manufacture of products. Then a nation can still have all the
prosperity it wants or needs.
Dr. Adam Smith and other early economists intended for economic
science to be the practical application of Christian principles to help the
people help themselves. Pagans later entered into and took over economic
science. They threw out the Christian ethics and principles and made it
serve corrupt interests instead of the people. It is time to throw the
pagans out and make economic science once more the application of Christian
principles and ethics to the national society to help the people help
themselves.

libraries, information almanacs, can be looked up on the internet, and yet
most Americans do not have the foggiest idea how you pass proposed

proposed constitutional amendment and then it is submitted to the state
legislatures to either vote for or else refuse to ratify the proposed
constitutional amendment submitted to them by Congress. Or the state
legislatures can act before Congress does. The states vote for their
version of a constitutional amendment and with the required majority then
Congress is forced to call for a constitutional convention to vote for or
against this proposal by the states. They now vote for it with the required
majority and it is national law. Knowing strategy, have the state
legislatures quick vote for the Omni Law before the national election and
politicians in panic in Congress will quick pass it in Congress and submit
it to the states for ratification or else rejection.

A CONVENTION FOR PROPOSING AMENDMENTS, THEN WHEN THREE-FOURTHS OF THE
STATE LEGISLATURES OR BY STATE CONVENTIONS IN THREE-FOURTHS OF THE
SEVERAL STATES THEREOF, AS THE ONE OR THE OTHER MODE OF RATIFICATION
MAY BE PROPOSED BY THE CONGRESS, THEN THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OR
AMENDMENTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED PASSED AND ADDED TO THE U.S.
CONSTITUTION AS SOON AS VOTED FOR BY THREE-FOURTHS OF THE 50 STATES OF
AMERICA. THIS IS USING PRETTY MUCH THE LEGAL LANGUAGE OF ARTICLE V OF
THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.
In simpler language, any member of the state
legislature proposes the bill for the proposed convention for national
amendments, the majority in the state legislature votes for this
convention, and when 2/3rds of the state legislatures vote this way,
we have called for a constitutional convention to be run by the
states, not the U.S. Congress. The only way a constitutional
convention can be prevented then is for the U.S. Congress to quick
vote for and submit to the states the proposed Omni Law before the
states hit the magic 2/3rds support. Congress gets nervous with
constitutional conventions because they could get out of hand and end
up firing the national government from office and setting up a new
national government as happened with the Articles of Confederation
which was replaced with the U.S. Constitution by ratification of the
states. If the states back the Omni Law, we can pass it in reality in
October, 2012 and only the formal ratification finalizes it as soon as
the constitutional convention is assembled for the final ratification
by 3/4ths of the states. Folks, if you want the skyrocketing of the
national economy as shown in my report showing national economics as
potentially explained by Jesus Christ in a parable, seriously support
the Omni Law across America by contacting all Americans and elected
state members of state legislatures with this report on national
economics and the Omni Law as the legal tool to launch economic

Lawyers like huge legal bills or else wildly complex legal
language so they can pull their cons without the people knowing what
is going on. Each of the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights was a separate legal
bill separately ratified by the states of America. Notice how in just
a few words so much was legally stated in each of the 10 ratified
Bills of Rights. You don't see what was proposed but not ratified then
as part of your U.S. Bill of Rights. Lawyers do not like the proposed
Omni Law because plain legal language is used the people can
potentially understand rather than be wildly confused by what
legalistic words they have with no idea what they mean. Also, this
prevents corruption of the Omni Law to terms the lawyers want rather
than plain words courts cannot twist into new meanings as happens all
the time in federal courts.
If you the American people seriously push the Omni Law from now
until the state legislatures vote for it in October, 2012 before the
November 6 election comes, you can force state politicians to back it
or lose massively the state votes. And members of Congress cannot stop
you the American people from winning back control of your federal
government you have long since lost real control of. By the way, the
federal government in much of its legal language considers itself to
be a private corporation and not a national government bound by the
authority of the U.S. Constitution today. For example, it has been
legally claimed that Wash., D.C. has a legal chattel mortgage on all
live Americans, they own all land and homes and you own nothing in
America, and we could go on in shocking aspects of federal law you
know nothing about and they don't want you to understand how federal
law in wild disobedience to the U.S. Constitution operates today. For
example, Obama cannot legally run for the White House since he is not
a natural born American citizen with two parents who were American
citizens as required by the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. Constitution
and U.S. Bill of Rights are a secret joke to most running Wash., D.C.
as they have no real legal loyalty to the U.S. Constitution and U.S.
Bill of Rights today nor any serious loyalty to the American people
today. You are their power base of federal serfs or slaves whichever
way you wish to interpret it. But the Onmi Law can correct this by
restoring the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights back into
national power meaning once more the national law of America which it
is not now in September, 2012.
To give you a little taste how totally corrupt Wash., D.C. is
today. I had spies in the Federal Reserve System in Wash., D.C. years
ago. As they reported to me, the Federal Reserve was a private banking
corporation, not a federal agency. That is why employees of the
Federal Reserve could not apply for employment through the Civil
Service. They were not federal employees, but employees of a private
banking corporation. The Federal Reserve kept two sets of accounting
books. One was the real accounting who owned the Federal Reserve,
where the trillions of dollars of disappearing money really went to.
The other set of accounting books were "cooked' in accounting in case
they ever got auditied by Congress. They had a security system to make
sure that Congress never knew what their real policies were and where
much of the surplus money disappeared to that the Federal Reserve
created over the years. They had a secret policy of trying to maintain
around 5% unemployment annually for national control over the economy.
It could float up and down a bit to give the illusion it was driven by
natural forces of economics, but the 5% basic unemployment figure was
to keep down the wages of the working people in America. With full
employment in America, the working people would end up getting too
well paid. Once the working people got too prosperous, they would be
too good of a national market to sell to and then business would make
such good profits in this national market as to then finance their
growth with profits rather than constantly borrowing more money from
banks under the Federal Reserve System. And with full employment, then
government would not need to go into real national debt by constant
support of a massive welfare state. This also would lower national
taxes which the banks get a heavy bite out of. Also, the Federal
Reserve used psychological warfare words to control the public in
ignorance due to their poor, censored education in national economics
of America. When the economy started heading towards too much
prosperity, they would use the following trick words of psychological
warfare on the dumb, gullible, naive public trusting them and Wash.,
D.C. to be honest with them. They would say the economy was "getting
overheated" or else they were "fighting inflation" which was economic
doubletalk. What these two phrases of psychological warfare control
over the people meant was that the economy was getting too prosperous
because the velocity of money as they well knew would make the nation
too prosperous, so they slammed the brakes on the growth of the
economy by raising interest rates and slowing down the issuance of
money in America until they sabotaged the economy enough so the nation
had to be run by massive banking debt to keep it running rather than
running on fast building national prosperity. Also, the Federal
Reserve had secret ways of stealing huge amounts of money from the
American people and turning it over to the hidden real owners of the
Federal Reserve Corporation. They did this by banking tricks the
public ignorance in economics would not understand.
Enough lecture on basic, but hidden economics from the American
people. Pass the Omni Law and we break the massive economic corruption
Wash., D.C. is run on and loves to be married to. Then the American
national economy builds up faster and faster into massive prosperity
for all the American people and businesses as God intended for
America. Obama and other corrupt Washington leaders have already
agreed to turn over title to all of America to foreign sources as
these corrupt leaders do not love the American people and care for
what is best for them.
Millions of new jobs should appear in America soon after the
Omni Law is passed. One giant new world industry America can have once
the Omni Law is passed is the Vatican endorsed food process of my
father can be used to make America the world leader in the food market
of the world. This would protect the American Dollar from national
and world collapse. If the U.S. Dollar collapses, we should enter into
hyperinflation in America which is so horrid to live under, it is
worse than science fiction horror movies for Americans to live under.
Make the U.S. Dollar backed by heavy value of the world food industry
I want to give to America, and it is too late to collapse the U.S.
Dollar after that. We can arrange for gold backing and other
recognized values for the U.S. Dollar to back it up, but the world
food industry America would then have would block foreign nations from
trying to dump the U.S. Dollar as we could skyrocket their prices for
world food if they tried to bankrupt America as they are currently
planning in many leading capitals of the world. The BRIICS nations are
heavily behind the drive to shortly bankrupt and end America as a
nation.
Also, I heavily oppose having a federal electronic monetary
system as planned by the Satanic world clique as it is planned to turn
America into a total federal police state through federal electronic
money. By the way for the religious, as Dr. Jack Van Impe used to say,
such a monetary system would have to use the universal computer entry
number of 666. Also, it forces you to have the electronic microchip
under your skin as prophesied in Revelation.
I could say more, but the Omni Law can turn over the Obamacare
which has the non-admitted death committees where those 70 years old
can have all medical procedures denied them as they are "useless
eaters" according to old Nazi logic. We can have medical coverage for
the nation, but without wild medical costs and without creating a
Communist police state in America in the name of Obamacare.
Time and space limits me from saying the more major pluses by
passage of the Omni Law and the more major minuses by not passing the
Omni Law for the American people. But following now is the Omni Law
written for the American people, not for creating "bread and butter"
laws to create more employment for the lawyers of America.
President George Washington said to America, "It is impossible to
rightly govern the world without God and the Bible."
William Penn, founder of Pennsylvania, "Men must be governed by
God, or they will be ruled by tyrants."
President Richard Nixon in 1973 promised the federal government in
Wash., D.C. would start working on solving the energy crisis of America
over oil. Engineering sources know why Wash., D.C. hasn't even started
seriously working to solve the energy crisis of America over oil. By the
way, high gas mileage on cars basically eliminates pollution of the atmosphere.
"OMNIBUS CIVIL RIGHTS ACT FOR AMERICA
James Madison Father of the U.S. Constitution, stated that the U.S.
Constitution and all other law in America must obey the supreme authority
of the national compact (American Declaration of Independence) founding
America in 1776 or else not be valid law or even government in America.
Therefore, the American people always retain final legal authority over all
government in America whether to leave it intact, amend it, or abolish it
altogether replacing it with approved new government created by authority
of the American people.
We therefore authorize the creation of ten civil tribunes for America
with the same basic tested legal powers as possessed by the wisely created
ancient civil tribunes of Rome. They will protect the people from tyranny
in law whether legislative, judicial, or executive. They will be elected
for four years instead of the one year under Roman law. They will hold
referendums to create national law by states instead of by the original
tribes of Rome. The first 10 civil tribunes will be appointed for four
years by the National Institute For Inventors to keep any corrupt leaders
from undermining and sabotaging the beginning of this new branch of
government. These civil tribunes will propose a national plan for
referendum on how to swiftly make fuel cheap again in America, restore our
common law rights and 1776 declared "God-given rights" to contract and to
property which were the foundation to the founding of the powerful American
version of free enterprise, and break the power of corrupt interests to
control politicians by making deals with them or else cannot probably be
elected to public offices without their finances. And address other
national issues needed for the future of America. And by national
referendum will propose the plan to be approved for honest future tribune
elections so the people elect and control these elections, not corrupt
interests. Money cannot be allowed to dominate our elections instead of the
will of the American people. And the tribunes are to establish a tribune
controlled national newspaper to print the truth to break the corrupt hold
of many corrupt news sources censoring the truth and lying about the truth
in important issues to the American people. The civil tribunes will be
assigned to keep the federal government honest, fair in law in courts, and
agencies, and serving the American people rather than any corrupt
interests." - End of proposed Omni Law. One President once signed into law
a 37 word law. As the Bill of Rights show, you don't have to write massive
laws to deliver powerful legal messages.
The civil tribune angle kept the Roman Republic basically
honest for several
hundred years. This office had to be subverted and overthrown to return the
Roman Republic to corrupt government such as Wash., D.C. dearly loves
today! This Omni Law is written in the spirit of Thomas Jefferson who
during the American Revolution of 1776 declared, "Resistance to tyranny is
obedience to God!
President Abraham Lincoln, also an inventor (Patent #6,469!), gave
wise advice to America that members of Congress and officials of federal
agencies should remember today, "You cannot help the wage earner by pulling
down the wage payer. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by
encouraging class hatred. You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than you earn. You cannot
build character by taking away man's initiative and independence. You
cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could and should do
for themselves."
