Will The Feds Worst Nightmare Come True?
Alexander Higgins Bernanke has called a full audit of the Fed his worst nightmare as legislation to do so has passed the house. Now a few Senators are holding out. Let’s change that.
Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke has called an audit of the Federal Reserve his worst nightmare.
The republican party is pushing Romney to take up the issue of forcing a full audit of the Federal Reserve – and why you should be to (even if your a democrat).First a proper introduction:
[...]Chapter 1 - July 21, 2011:[...]Chapter 2 - June 14, 2012:[...]Present Day:Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke calls it his “nightmare scenario.” One of Mitt Romney’s top economic advisers called it “trouble.” Yet as they look to their national convention starting in Tampa on Aug. 27, Republicans are considering including a plank in their party platform calling for a full audit of the central bank.
Today, I received an email updating me on were the legislation to perform the audit stands in Congress.
The House of Representatives has passed legislation to perform a full audit by an overwhelming majority.
Now the bill sits on the Senate floor with a several senators to holding out to prevent it from being passed.
We need to get a hold of these Senators and put the pressure on them to end the corruption that threatens to collapse the dollar and the entire way of American life.
Dear Alexander,You and I have been on an amazing journey together in our campaign to Audit the Fed, and the hard work of patriots like you has brought this effort to the edge of becoming the law of the land. With our debt reaching nearly $16 trillion, and with the Fed having the power to put us on the hook for trillions more in bailouts and loan guarantees, it’s way past time to demand a complete audit of the Federal Reserve. As you know, Audit the Fed passed the U.S. House in July, far exceeding a two-thirds majority. Now it’s time to turn our focus to Harry Reid’s Senate, and we’ll need all hands on deck for the coming battle. If the bill receives similar support in the Senate, we would have a veto-proof majority.Over one fourth of the Senate has cosponsored Audit the Fed (S. 202), andNew Jersey U.S. Senators Frank Lautenberg and Robert Menendez are not on that list! The Senate is currently in recess – and that gives us some time to makecontact with our senators to urge their support when they return to DC.Please contact Senators Frank Lautenberg at 202-224-3224 and Robert Menendez at 202-224-4744 today.Demand they cosponsor S. 202 as soon as the August recess is over and support a standalone, roll call vote on Audit the Fed (S. 202/H.R. 459).Make it clear that any attempt to water down Audit the Fed – or a vote for such an attempt – will be seen as a direct attack on transparency and will be reported to your fellow constituents as such. The pundits and naysayers would have you believe that Audit the Fed will never go anywhere in the Senate – but that’s what they said about the House, as well. They were wrong then. And we can make sure they’re wrong again. After all, with almost 80% public support, it won’t be easy for an elected official to justify why they would oppose transparency at one of our nation’s most secretive institutions. They certainly do not oppose transparency when it comes to your personal finances – and that makes their opposition to Fed transparency very hard to explain. The truth is, while you and I can be required to account for every penny that goes through our personal bank accounts, the Federal Reserve has never been held to that same standard. Americans are simply expected to trust that with trillions of dollars at stake, the Fed is being responsible and using great wisdom in its dealings. The Senate would like nothing more than to avoid this issue altogether.Don’t let them get away with it!Contact Senators Frank Lautenberg at 202-224-3224 and Robert Menendezat 202-224-4744 today. Demand they cosponsor S. 202 as soon as the August recess is over and support a standalone, roll call vote on Audit the Fed (S. 202/H.R. 459).We are close to crossing the finish line victoriously, but our success depends on your willingness to take action now. Please call today. In Liberty,Gloria Leustek

NO. the worst nightmare for the Federal Reserve is for us to END the Fed!
Instead, the people are being trained to accept that an audit will harm them. That the Fed FEARS the audit ect.
Once this so called audit is passed and made law, it will be so watered down and would more than like give the Federal Reserve additional power that the cabal would get exactly what they wanted all along.
Leading the charge on this new supposed "audit" will be Rand Paul. The man who just endorsed Mitt Romney for president over his father. The man who tried to have a journalist fired for asking simple basic questions on camera. The man who's brother in law ( Jesse Benton) was Ron Paul's campaign manager and who said about the rampant corruption of Paul's delegates through out the race and even secretly tried to destroy the "PaulFest" in Tampa before the RNC convention/coronation!
