Obama Birth Certificate Graphics Expert Paul Irey to Testify at Indianapolis Ballot Challenge Hearing

“They will find me a very well-informed witness with evidence they cannot contest.”

Paul Irey is one of the graphics experts who analyzed the type face in Obama’s purported long form birth certificate for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Cold Case Posse, and determined it to be a certain forgery.

He will be testifying at the Obama Ballot Challenge hearing in Indianapolis on October 22.

Irey has produced a full page color advertisement presenting his analysis in detail. This ad will run in the Washington Times several times during the week of October 15.

Ever since the fed dropped the charges against Arpaio two days after his last press conference ... when he refused to reveal the biggest bag of evidence he had ever seen against anything ... that was provided by Doug and I ... and previously praised by the whole department down there ... saying it was "Old School evidence ... the kind they liked" ... Arpaio and Zullo seemed to have dropped out of the full investigating procedures they had involved themselves in before.  No more press conferences planned ... etc.   And now they could be very credible at this Superior Court trial ... but refusing to attend tells me all I need to know and Orly should bring a case so that the publicity will hurt his re-election chances.  

Of course he will still refuse to go because if he made a deal with the fed ... testifying in court would nix it good.

He claimed they had "tons" of evidence against the birth certificate ... and we were all expecting to hear about it at that last press conference ... but they only gave us a few pounds.  None of the evidence ... or the other 12 hard proofs of the forgery Doug and I gave him were released.  I was supposed to fly down there but had to back out because I had a painful ear infection and was afraid that it would get worse on a plane.  Doug went and met with them.  I sent a portfolio of evidence ... none of it was used and I think they would have proven the case with everything that Doug and I gave them for that purpose.  They threw their own country under the bus.

I will be there in Indiana to testify of course ... and if Obama's lawyers attend they will find me a very well informed witness with evidence they cannot contest.

The page I made that will appear in the Washington Times tomorrow as an ad and then the following day ... the day of the debate that evening ... will appear in the weekly edition and surely be put in front of Obama and I hope it rattles him enough to resign or at least do poorly again in the debate.

To Sheriff Arpaio, Detective Mike Zullo, MCSO Legal Counsel Joseph Vigil:

“Now is the time to put your money where your mouth is and testify in court.”

Dear Sheriff Arpaio, Mr. Zullo and legal counsel for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Department, Mr. Joseph Vigil, ESQ -

On Friday, October 12th you received court issued subpoenas for Sheriff Arpaio and investigator Zullo to appear at trial in Taitz, Swihart, Weyl, Kern, Kesler, Ripley v Secretary of State of Indiana and Elections Commission of Indiana to be held on October 22, 10 AM in Division 4 of the Superior Court of Indiana in Indianapolis before Honorable Judge Reid and testify regarding your findings of forgeries in Barack Obama's birth certificate, Selective Service certificate and Social Security card.

You are not asked to testify to something that is a secret, you are asked to authenticate in court before Judge Reid what you already stated publicly in press conferences.

If you do not respond and agree to testify, I will have no other choice, but to file as early as tomorrow, October 15th an emergency miscellaneous case in Phoenix AZ and seek an order from Arizona judge to compel you to comply with the out of state subpoena and testify on October 22nd at trial in Indianapolis.

You stated previously that you are concerned about the U.S. national security. Now is the time to put your money where your mouth is and testify in court. We might not have another opportunity to do so.

You raised millions of dollars under auspices of a promise to bring this issue to judicial resolution. If you do not appear and do not testify, thousands of U.S. citizens who donated to you will have a valid cause of action for fraud against you, Sheriff Arpaio and Investigator Zullo, for collecting millions of dollars in donations under the false pretenses.

I hope that there will not be a need for legal action to compel and citizens would not need to bring a legal action for fundraising under false pretenses. I hope that you will comply with the subpoenas and will be in court before judge Reid in Indianapolis on October 22nd.
