Ozark man detained until trial

Suspect claims to be president of 'RuSA' - 'Republic for the united States of America'

A federal judge recently ordered an Ozark man held in custody until his trial on his multiple felony charges, calling him a serious flight risk.
Court records show U.S. Magistrate Judge Wallace Capel Jr. ordered 56-year-old James Timothy Turner detained until his trial, which has been set for March 2013 at the federal courthouse in Dothan.
Federal agents arrested Turner last month as part of a 10-count felony indictment.
According to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Turner has proclaimed himself the “President” of the sovereign groups dubbed “Republic for the united States of America” (“RuSA”).
Records show the judge filed the detention order calling Turner a flight risk. Records also show Capel called Turner a flight risk because he has a fake ID, transportation out of the U.S. and has helped other people wanted by law enforcement to stay on the run.
The federal government charged Turner with the conspiracy to defraud the U.S. government, attempting to pay taxes with fictitious financial instruments, attempting to obstruct and impede the Internal Revenue Service, failing to file a 2009 federal income tax return, and falsely testifying under oath in a bankruptcy proceeding.
The statement also said Turner allegedly conducted seminars during which he taught people how to file retaliatory liens against government officials and to defraud the IRS by preparing and submitting fictitious bonds to the U.S. government in payment of federal taxes.
The statement said Turner allegedly attempted to pay his own taxes with a fictitious $300 million bond, and assisted others in attempting to pay their taxes with fictitious bonds reportedly worth up to $10 million to $100 billion.
Records show Turner allegedly conspired with several other people, who were only identified as “B.H.” of Dale County, “T.F. and “K.F.” both of Covington County and “M.E.” of Houston County.
Another reported sovereign citizen, Monty Ervin, 61, of Dothan, received a 10-year prison sentence in federal court earlier this year for a conspiracy to defraud the federal government conviction. Ervin was convicted in a tax fraud scheme that exceeded $1 million.
Records show Turner and several others mailed out a “warrant” in March 2010 to the governor of Alabama ordering him to “resign within three days” of his receipt, and to direct the IRS to stop all investigations against the sovereign people.
Federal records also show the government alleges Turner had made plans to use a passport to flee the country to Malta on a private jet if prosecuted by the federal government.
The filings also said Turner reportedly created a shadow government known as “RuSA,” which has established its own court system and militant wing of so-called “rangers.”
The case was investigated by agents with the FBI and the IRS criminal investigative division.

Judgment is feeling or indicating that another person is making the “wrong” choice or a “bad” decision. Discernment is rooted in love and honor; for self and for others. Discernment is noticing that you, are not making that same choice for yourself. Discernment allows you to notice the varying choices being made, without the need to label another’s choice as good or bad; right or wrong. Deciding that something is not in your highest good is discernment. Determining if something is not in another person’s highest good is judgment; and that is beyond the scope of anyone's authority or responsibility; relative to free will and personal Sovereignty.

Let me just say this...the man who is being detained will be vindicated.

Someone wrongfully imprisoned is supposed to be paid a considerable amount of money for every day they were held. Why would they hold him until March 2013? That's 6 months from the time he was captured? Is it possible this 'president' signed a bond(age) to the corporate United States? Is it possible he doesn't know his own sovereignty and has entered into more and more contracts as a result of being detained?
I know nothing. Just asking questions.

So much for Drakes "things are about to change for our benefit in a few days". From the looks of things
Looks pretty much as if the cabal is very much in charge. If the IRS is going away how come TT is being detained? Here is proof positive the cabal is very much still in power and NOTHING is going to change get your BBB ready beer, bullets and beans your going to need them soon.

TT is a rat but if the IRS can get him that tells me all of this garbage we have been hearing about the fed and IRS going away has been pure bs

Are you sure about that! Read Teri Hinkles letter above dummy!

Having met TT face to face, I can say he is not intelligent enough to have come up with this by himself. Much of what he was promoting is accurate, but there is enough misinformation within it that it can land anyone that follows it in big trouble.

Tim Turner has helped many people, if there is any "misinformation:" it would be the prosecutions insufficient knowledge and belief that Tim Turner should be charged with anything other than loving his country. If any on this thread have bothered to read the indictment it is quite clear the prosecution has nothing but hearsay and finger pointing to back up their allegations.
