"But the most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly and with unflagging attention. It must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over. Here, as so often in this world, persistence is the first and most important requirement for success." – Adolph Hitler
During the 1930’s and 40’s, NAZI scientists propagated the concept that Jews were “subhuman” or in the Teutonic, “untermensch”. In part, the idea was to so demonize one race of people to the point that killing them was a duty, a simple fact of life like killing a fly.  Mao Tse-tung once issued an order to all Chinese to kill any pest  that they see.
And Hitler was no different. By classifying Jews, Romani, gays, and the handicapped as being “inferior people”, it allowed the German people to kill them with impunity. Even after being told that to eject Jewish scientist would set back the German civilization 100 years, Hitler was quoted as saying, “Our national policies will not be revoked or modified, even for scientists. If the dismissal of Jewish scientists means the annihilation of contemporary German science, then we shall do without science for a few years.”
Gratefully, history closed the book of the Third Reich with a resounding slam and threw them into the fire to stop the poison.
But someone fished the book out of the fire, dusted it off and recasted the players.
The Third Reich is now the Green Movement, and the role of Jews and the Untermenschen are now being played by independent thinkers and adherents to true scientific integrity.
Global Warming, for those not paying attention, is sometimes called “Climate Change”, the concept that mankind is responsible for the warming of the earth which causes extreme weather events. Sometimes called “Anthromorphic Climate Change” – it all boils down to mankind and businesses are killing the earth. If you aren’t a Global Warming believer, you are a heretic. And heretics in this day and age must pay dearly.
In 2007, the blog, WKU Meterology was quoted as saying:
“For a more sinister motive, there are some who say that the Weather Channel has become more political recently in their views towards Global Warming and are subtly trying to influence the viewing public (who generally are not knowledgeable about historical climatology) into thinking that certain weather events are rare (or increasing or getting worse, etc.) when they are really not. This in turn implies that the frequency of many weather events are changing, which implies Global Warming is behind all the “weird weather” we have been having recently. In reality, even the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) states that “Recent analyses of changes in severe local weather (tornadoes, thunder days, lightning and hail) in a few selected regions provide no compelling evidence for widespread systematic long-term changes.”
In November of 2008, Weather Channel personality Heidi Cullen stated:
“If a meteorologist has an AMS Seal of Approval, which is used to confer legitimacy to TV meteorologists, then meteorologists have a responsibility to truly educate themselves on the science of global warming.” “Meteorologists are among the few people trained in the sciences who are permitted regular access to our living rooms. And in that sense, they owe it to their audience to distinguish between solid, peer-reviewed science and junk political controversy.” “If a meteorologist can’t speak to the fundamental science of climate change, then maybe the AMS shouldn’t give them a Seal of Approval.”
And earlier this month , the United States Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar has announced new funding of more than $10 million tax payer dollars to be awarded by Interior's regional Climate Science Centers to “… universities or other partners for research to guide managers of parks, refuges and other resources in planning how to help species and ecosystems adapt to climate change.” And further in the article, “The 69 studies at eight climate science centers focus on how climate change will affect natural resources. For example, various projects identify how sea-level rise will affect coastal resources, how climate will affect vegetation, how these changes will affect valued species such as sage grouse, and how changes in water availability will affect both people and ecosystems—and ecosystem services such as fisheries. Several studies address the potential effects on resources of concern to Native Americans, some by using traditional ecological knowledge to advance adaptation planning”
Despite an article in the Wall Street Journal in January of this year, signed by sixteen scientists that all state the following, “There is no compelling scientific argument for drastic action to "decarbonize" the world's economy.” By throwing money at an imaginary problem, the White House can tell Environmental constituents, “We tried to end global warming, but the other guys stopped us” – further enlarging the divide between two diverse groups of thought.
And earlier this week, a report was issued that global warming stopped 16 years ago. However, only five years ago former Vice President Al Gore was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his work in stopping global warming. In his Magnus opus, “An Inconvenient Truth” Gore uses invalid data to produce this chart:
