This was just received ---- GOOD NEWS
BREAKING NEWS...... We have received word that the number 3 position of the US Treasury was removed, due to obstruction/funneling of funds due to be received in connection to the Wanta-Reagan-Mitterand protocols. This information was independent of the recent Heneghan report and we called Marilyn Barnewall for input. It is our (Teri and Myself) opinion that this will break in the next few days as these funds are released.
Remember....YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST!!!!!!

The Treasurer is the one who signs the FRNs...
The ESF (Exchange Stabilization Fund) is the Really scary, hidden, and unaccountable 'Shadow Govt' part of the UST.
They virtually control both the UST AND Fed with NO Congressional oversight whatsoever.
Doubtful whether these officers 'serve at the pleasure' of the POTUS...
The EFS is the LARGEST MOST POWERFUL Financial Agency in the World.
1.The ESF was established in 1934
2.The ESF operates FROM WITHIN The New York Fed.
3.The Treasury's ESF controls International Finance.
4.The ESF keeps a low profile, using the Fed as a front.
5.The ESFs mandate is to buy and sell foreign currency to 'promote exchange rate stability', and 'counter disorderly conditions' in the foreign exchange market.

Sound like was a 'sacrificial lamb' to me
it sounds like position #3 would be the Treasurer who signs the FRN's since we will no longer have FRN's. Perhaps the will eliminate the other 2 positions or replace them with good guys.
