So is it true that when the IRS violates the Internal Revenue Code you Sheriffs are NOT obligated to enforce the law which the Feds Violate?
Maybe the word should get out that those Sheriffs who say they honor their Oath of Office actually have NOT Stopped any Notice of Levy being Issued or Collected upon on the general public!

26 U.S.C. § 6331 : US Code - Section 6331: Levy and distraint
(a) Authority of Secretary
If any person liable to pay any tax neglects or refuses to pay
the same within 10 days after notice and demand, it shall be lawful
for the Secretary to collect such tax (and such further sum as
shall be sufficient to cover the expenses of the levy) by levy upon
all property and rights to property (except such property as is
exempt under section 6334) belonging to such person or on which
there is a lien provided in this chapter for the payment of such
tax. Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any
officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the
District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the
United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of
levy on the employer (as defined in section 3401(d)) of such
officer, employee, or elected official. If the Secretary makes a
finding that the collection of such tax is in jeopardy, notice and
demand for immediate payment of such tax may be made by the
Secretary and, upon failure or refusal to pay such tax, collection
thereof by levy shall be lawful without regard to the 10-day period
provided in this section.
I would say that in ALL counties there has been at least 1 Notice of Levy issued each year for 60+ years that the Sheriff has failed to Stop!
My Sheriff in San Bernardino, CA was too busy to even reply to my letters!
Also, how many Sheriffs have taken action against the local police for arresting the parents of a child who died from a vaccine, when it was the hospital that caused the death?
In fact how many hospitals or pharmaceutical companies have been charged with negligence or even manslaughter for the death of anyone getting a vaccine?
Most likely NONE!!!

Any sheriff who claims to acknowledge his oath and is governed by the Constitution, Federal & State, I have but just one question....
How many humanbeings do you have locked up in your jail where there was no victim or loss of property involved?
The answer should tell you.

Wyoming Sheriffs Put Feds In Their Place.
Here’s one the mainstream media isn’t going to tell you: County sheriffs in Wyoming are demanding that federal agents actually abide by the Constitution, or face arrest. Even better, a U.S. Federal District Court agreed.
The court decision was the result of a suit against both the BATF and the IRS by Mattis and other members of the Wyoming Sheriff’s Association. The suit in the Wyoming federal court district sought restoration of the protections enshrined in the United States Constitution and the Wyoming Constitution.
