I am forwarding this to you from
someone I would trust with my life. There is no risk involved.
This is only for people who have physically lost their homes to
foreclosure. If you have been foreclosed and your home has even been
auctioned off but you are still occupying and fighting, this does NOT apply
to you. Please forward this promptly to anyone you know who fits this
description.
There is nothing to lose because
you have already lost it. NOW, stand up and get what is due you for
this pain and suffering. If you feel more comfortable sending your
information through me instead of directly to Steven, ok. I shall
be glad to forward it on to him.
PLEASE, do this promptly so that
you can be ready with all the paperwork within the next 2 weeks. Do not
wait until the last moments and cause a rush to those attempting to help you.
OK, folks. Here's the deal. I expected a hundred or more
responses to this offer--or whatever you want to call it. Opportunity to get
some comeuppance on the sorry scoundrels who have been pillaging us for many
decades. That's how i look at it. Anyway, i don't like the guy who made the
original offer to help us get something from the system that has robbed us;
but that's not important. What is important is that we get what we can. The
attorney/judge wants at least $12,500 up front to do the deal. When i told
him i only had 17 responses, he said each would have to pay him $750 and my
wife and i would get a free ride for putting the group together. That part
seems reasonable and fair to me. Maybe not so much to you. I don't know.
The
attorney/judge said his banker in Hong Kong would monetize our judgments at
45%; but i have found out independently of him that no one has ever collected
more than 10 percent of any foreign judgment because that is what the law
provides as a maximum payout to foreigners seeking justice in the United
States! So, if the bank cannot receive more than 10%, how can it pay us 45%?
Answer: it can't....unless they never intend to collect the judgment and only
intend to use them to make funny money. Actually, they might do both. I don't
know.
What i think we
can logically expect is that the one hundred million dollar judgment will
never be monetized for more than the bank can legitimately expect to receive
from its international treaty position, which is 10%. Therefore, i must
deduce that what the attorney/judge meant to say is that the bank will pay us
45% of the 10%, which is the same as saying 4.5% of the original face amount
of the judgment. In other words, we would each receive $4,500,000 not
$45,000,000. Doesn't sound nearly as exciting; but was losing your home
really a one hundred million dollar loss to you? Forget about the emotional
aspect. Forget about the unholy evil nature of the whole friggin' scam. You
lost a house and a little digity. You suffered mental trauma. We all did. So,
what's the bottom line?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
That was the email i sent out several days ago, in pertinent part.
The following is more recent.--------------------------------------------------------------------------
An Angel Investor has come forward to pay the upfront fees to
the attorney for our claims in exchange for only twenty per cent of what we
actually recover in damages from the Hong Kong bank. A trust is being drawn
up right now. It will be ready in about ten days for our use. What this means
is that those of us who have more than one foreclosure can now file a
separate claim for each one and collect double on the back end with no
additional upfront costs. It also means that no one needs to be left out just
because they don't have the funds to pay an upfront fee.
So, we basically
have about two weeks to get all our ducks lined up to move forward. Get the
word out to others with foreclosures in their past. I will have a
questionaire for each of you to fill out for each claim you intend to file.
Meanwhile i need
a quick response from each of you and your friends or family that qualify to
file a claim. I need to know how many claims we will be dealing with. The
more the merrier!
When i first
began this venture, there were a couple of people who said they knew of folks
who would be interested in a program of this sort. Trouble was those folks
wanted to be paid a commission or finder's fee. Now it's possible for that to
happen. All they have to do is to make a private contract with those they
intend to refer to us for a back end fee. Our investor will not pay this fee.
It will need to be a private arrangement between the parties. Any such fee
negotiated will be in addition to the investor's 20%, which will be deducted
at closing. Note: a 5% fee would equal $225,000--pretty good payday for a
phone call!
Once
again in recap: Each claim will be standardized and streamlined. Each claim
will be for a total of one hundred million dollars in damages. We expect the
bank will only monetize the Judgment/Order (J/O) for what it can actually
collect in US courts, which is limited to ten per cent of face value by
statute and treaty. $100,000,000 x 10% x 45% = $4,500,000 x 80% = $3,600,000
= Final Expected Payout per Claim. The Angel Investor's Trust will
receive $900,000 per claim as underwriting compensation. Most attorneys would
take twice that much; so i think that is more than fair. Don't you?
Sincerely;

Absolutely fair and thank heavens for this news!!
You would be much safer putting your claim through Freedom Club USA. John has it listed here on the site.
I think the Judge and Attorneys are corrupt in this case. Jeeeeeez
As A Member in good standing for 7 years I have Not Seen or Heard of anyone Ever Recieving the so called Redemption to Date, So, If I am mistaken then Please BY All Means, Provide Proof For ALL TO SEE Right HERE Right NOW or forever hold your Peace (tounge).
Well, can anyone speak to the pros and cons of this offer, versus what freedom club offers?
Does one pre-empt the other, does one have to choose? Can one pursue both, or is that unfair?
Maybe someone that has knowledgeable and experienced background can guide here?
Many thanks.
Mr. Mahaffie -
I've not entered a claim and have no idea whether I should or not...........Countrywide wrongly foreclosed on me in 2007......What info is needed????
