     A THEME OF THE BOOK "THE MIRACLE ON MAIN STREET" BY F. TUPPER SAISSY WAS THAT MOST GOVERNMENTS ENCOURAGE THE PEOPLE TO BE HELPLESS, AND SO GOVERNMENT FILLS THE POWER VACUUM BY PRETENDING TO TRY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEMS OF THE NATION TO KEEP THE PEOPLE DOCILE AND CONTROLLED BY THE GOVERNMENT IN POWER. 

     Last night I talked to two scientific sources, one for America and one for Canada. These two sources have in turn been in contact with other scientific sources both in America and Canada. What I heard could mean all Americans and Canadians are scheduled to die from radiation poisoning which originated from the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan on March 11, 2011. If this radiation threat is not controlled fast enough, it may end up killing off even the entire human race on earth. 

     Two very sombering reports all should read were posted on Nesara News. One was on December 31, 2013 called "It's Here: The Waters Were Made Bitter, And 1/3 Of The Creatures In The Seas Died....The Legacy Of Fukushima...." The other report was on January 1, 2014 and called "BREAKING NEWS: STEAM SUDDENLY EMANATING FROM FUKUSHIMA REACTOR # 3." Other recent reports on this Fukushima radiation threat to America have also recently been posted on Nesara News. Read as many of these reports as needed to get the flavor of what is not being reported honestly about in the main news media. The old propaganda trick of Wash., D.C. is to practice censorship of news, tell half-truths about the news, or else lie outright in order to control and keep the people docile so the government can control the people by tricks of propaganda as it judges necessary.

     From the testimony I heard last night from this American scientific source who has talked to other scientific sources and this Canadian scientific source who has talked to other scientific sources is that this radiation threat from Fukushima, Japan is far beyond the point of trying to keep the people quiet and ignorant by propaganda tricks of Wash., D.C. and the news media. We had better get honest on this subject and now! If this situation is not addressed by aggressive action and I think even within 5 to 7 days would not be stupid, the cumulative results of what is building up can likely reach one of three levels. The first level is by radiation poisoning, we kill off much, most, or all Americans and Canadians because of the pathetic, irresponsible government under the stupid control of Obama who has no understanding of serious scientific issues. Like Nero who fiddles while Rome burned, our would-be Caesar Obama fiddles while America and Canada gets ready to burn down by radiation poisoning from Fukushima. The second level is radiation poisoning spreading to Europe, Russia, China, and all the rest of the world and how much of mankind survives this mass poisoning by radiation from Fukushima is only a guess by science. Will it be some, most, or all of mankind dies from this? Your water, your fish, your crops raised on farms, all filled with radiation and potentially death to eat or drink! Science can make estimates (educated guesses) but really has to wait and see the results to know how far this radiation poisoning will go! Of course, death by radiation poisoning would be a slow and painful and terrifying way for mankind to die from!

      Now we have the third curve to this meaning the final ultimate level of threat all of mankind faces from this. The American scientific source beat me to saying this in the conference call, but our oceans produce 90% of all the oxygen on the earth and this radiation threatened that supply of oxygen. I added that the plankton in the oceans is what takes carbon dioxide and turns it into oxygen for use by use by plants, animals, and humans living on land on our earth. If radiation threatens the life of the plankton in the oceans, then up to potentially 90% of all the oxygen on the earth might then be gone. Among first results from this would be no ocean fish left alive as food for humans on earth as plankton is the foundation to the food chain of life in the oceans. But if we only had as much oxygen as 10% of what we have now, this should collapse the raising of all plant crops on the earth and we can slowly die of mass starvation through worldwide famine which is a slow and painful way for all of mankind to die of.  And we have another way of dying from this lack of oxygen for mankind to breathe due to plankton dying off which supplied us our main oxygen to breathe on earth. We slowly suffocate to death which is another slow, painful and terrifying way to die for all of mankind on earth.

     I was just telling an associate what I was saying here in this report and this person pulled out a radiation card this person got just after the Fukushima Accident to measure radiation with. This friend asked me to look and see what it said. It indicated that we who live in South Carolina are already in the second marked section of the card indicating that the radiation is getting clearly heavier in South Carolina now than it was in 2011. We are not supposed to be at that second marked position on this radiation card!  

     Two accounts were given to me indicating that the plankton in the ocean is mass dying and this in turn triggers off the death of other life in the ocean also. An Australian who travels by ocean liner from Japan to America noticed a difference on his last trip. For the first time he saw no life in the ocean. It appeared to be a dead ocean. The only live thing he saw was one whale and its body had some small tumors on it. (This would imply radiation poisoning!) A woman from the Phillippines has made this trip before to America and back to her homeland. This time taking that trip over the ocean, she saw no life in the ocean which startled her. She felt the ocean had become dead of life. The only thing she saw was one whale which had one large tumor on it swimming in the water. (Again tumors would imply caused by radiation poisoning!) If these two reports mean that the plankton is all dying out in the oceans, then we act fast or else maybe the end of the human race through the oceans no longer supplying to the earth 90% of the oxygen needed by life living on the lands of the earth such as North and South America, Africa, Europe, Middle East, Russia, China, etc.

     I studied with an engineering school many years ago and they let me study one week of engineering each day and I kept an A average doing this. I was very good at engineering and had a natural instinct for it. My father was one of the most brilliant inventive geniuses in history and invented successfully the food process that the Vatican endorsed as potentially the most important news for mankind since the coming of Christ since it could potentially solve in the world the two problems of starvation and malnutrition in the human race. My grandfather on my mother's side was a natural born genius in inventing and never studied with an engineering school. He was studying to become a Catholic priest until they told him to seek another vocation in life as he kept coming up with new ideas for inventions. He became a millionaire off of his inventive talent. He invented up to around 700 inventions later used in America. My own parents looked on in a bit of amazement when as a small boy I began coming up with inventions and I had not been encouraged by them to do this nor had I studied technical courses at that young age. It was born in the blood and I was good at it! Later on, Charles Kettering who had been the head of research and development for General Motors at one time and then later president of General Motors once saw a list of mine of 920 inventive ideas I had come up with in a two week period while a teenage cadet at a military academy. He wrote me while I was in military school that he rated me to be the most original inventive brain that he had ever seen in America and I didn't know it but one of my concepts for a guidance system for ICBMs was a duplication of the top secret guidance system for American ICBMs worked out by the Pentagon for Wash., D.C. 

        Separately when involved in a secret military intelligence operation, I had obtained by cunning the top ultimate weapon system developed by Nazi Germany and was supposed to be Hitler's revenge against America and Russia for defeating Nazi Germany once "the Fourth Reich" arose in Germany later on. I got it from the German trustees who never realized that I got their top secret Nazi ultimate weapon system and technology. Later I got the most brilliant defense engineer of America in 25 years of the Cold War and never wrong in anything in engineering that he proposed or did in military defense work. I showed him the Nazi technology and ultimate weapon system and we completed the technology and ultimate weapon system but did not share this with Wash., D.C. due to poor security and bad leadership in Wash., D.C. according to our standards. We didn't trust Wash., D.C. with the military power to easily win all wars and rule the world if they wanted to. As the technology was mine, I would only let Wash., D.C. have this technology if the government became honest and Christian neither of which is true of Wash., D.C. today.

      I have for much of my life dealt with many of the most brilliant people in America and some abroad. I like working with them. They like working with me. We make great teams together as we understand each other so well and understand well what are the smart and brilliant answers of all parties to our braintrusts we form and frankly we know what will work or not among proposed ideas and concepts. I have no interest in what is called "boasting," but because of what I am about to propose for America, it is required for credibility for the following proposal to state the following. If not required, I would not mention this. My father used common sense and was one of the most brilliant inventive brains America ever had. And he never went to engineering school, but was a liberal arts major at the University of Chicago. I heard from some who attended the university with him that they thought that he was one of the sharpest university students that they had ever seen attend there. He was a natural born leader. He was strongly respected by them. His genius was in common sense. And I learned tricks of common sense from him not taught in the schools of America today. 

      My mother had been a child actress, no time for formal schools, learned how to read and write from her grandmother and then self-educated herself while a child actress. She was later tested by I.Q. test to be the most brilliant child in American history up to then and attended a state university without prior formal education.  She was brilliant in academic brains. I learned two styles of brilliant thinking from two brilliant parents who were brilliant for different reasons.

     I attended military academies for eleven calendar years which develops leadership traits in anyone who goes through such a background. I have held many positions of responsiblity in life and some positions were high positions of authority for that time period. 

     If Wash., D.C. had believed in its own U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights, I probably would already in life have given America maybe up to 2,000 national industries to America meaning jobs for all and people not even knowing what poverty was in America. Wash., D.C. knew that I had scored an official I.Q. rating of "beyond scientific measurement" when my I.Q. was first tested when I came to Wash., D.C. I had completed the I.Q. test in half time which was supposed to be "scientifically impossible" to do since I destroyed the time factor to measure intelligence with. I stepped on powerful toes and they pulled highly illegal tricks to block me from reestablishing my father's Vatican endorsed industrial food process in America which was guaranteed to make America the leader in the world in food for the world. They fought me when I had other industries I had the technology for and wanted to set up in America. Wash., D.C. for secret reasons has been the archenemy of most of the smart inventors in America who could have skyrocketed the American economy to even 500 years ahead of what it is today. They are also the archenemies of those with good health answers for mankind. For example, they tried to turn into supposed criminals those who successfully invented maybe up to three dozen good answers to cure cancer with. The "War Against Cancer" has been going on in America for 100 years and more now. I had advanced colon cancer for over one year and by common sense logic, suddenly saw how to cure it. I spent less than $100 in supplies and in 7 days the advanced colon cancer was gone and never came back. This was maybe 15 years ago or so. I found no medical sources such as drug industries, cancer research foundations, etc. interested in my answer or other answers like this which worked. America is governed by corruption, not honesty, in many power circles of America including in the federal government.

     If America does not want to be annihilated as a race and nation by radiation from Japan, you had better act like lightning and with sound answers. First stage, disarm the nuclear disaster in Japan like lightning. The Canadian source thought it was already too late to stop the building disaster to go to extremes where it will now threaten the lives of all humans alive on earth today. I think if we act like lightning, we can contain the disaster from getting bigger and stop the radiation before it multiplies itself across the earth. I would like for Obama to resign from the White House now. He is the most amateur leader in understanding of science that could ever be in the White House and is so filled with delusions of grandeur where he thinks that he is so smart, he cannot listen to the brilliant of America who might have answers to stop this radiation threat before it becomes so big that Americans have to flee America, move to other lands trying to escape from the building radiation, and America becomes a deserted land (Canada also and maybe Mexico will be drawn into the same jam as America and Canada!). If America has to be abandoned as our homeland, it may be hundreds of years before humans can live here again due to excessive radiation all over the land. Japan has had the biggest nuclear disaster in human history and as we save America if my plan is carried out, we also may be able to save Japan as a nation and race from potential annihilation (extinction).

     Congress removes Obama from the White House on medical grounds. He has delusions of grandeur that make it impossible for him to see reality from the White House and he cannot be trusted with the responsibility of the White House without risking the end of America as a nation and race on earth. Congress or military remove him from office at the White House! Do it by 5-7 days from now if you are smart!

Many military sources have been reporting on his schemes to militarily take over America and become dictator of America for life. He is so busy scheming how to become dictator of America for life, he has no time left to handle the responsibilities of leadership from the White House living in a world of fantasty rather than facing the realities America must solve or die as a nation now!

      Like Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus (519 BC – 430 BC) of ancient Rome, have me be appointed National Regent of America for a 6 month term. Congress can still meet. Joe Biden can move into the White House to replace Obama or whoever else Congress decides to make temporary President. Whoever is made President by Congress will operate as usual except where the authority of the National Regent is in charge, not his lower authority of President in that case. My assignments will basically be to gather together the smartest technical brains of America and elsewhere to quick solve how to defuse the nuclear accident in Japan not in real technical control and stop further danger from there. We will use the resources of America to quickly end this nuclear accident in Japan. I have one answer how to stop the nuclear disaster in Japan. I hope others have a better answer, but at least we have one angle how to stop this if necessary. I have no ego in this. I don't care who comes up with the best answer, just get the best answer and solve this crisis fast as can be. I am good to at least supply one workable answer to a crisis like this, but don't claim it is the only one which can work. The best is what I want and ego has no place in trying to save America and other lands from terrible disaster in this.

     Also, I studied under six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe. One was personally endorsed by Albert Einstein to be teaching the only true economic science in the 20th Century. Also, an international organization representing some of the Who's Who of America and Europe once wrote me up as they claimed "The Einstein of American Economics." America's economy has to be its strongest at the time we defuse this radiation threat from Japan. As soon as Congress or the military sees that I have the authority, I order the Secretary of the Treasury to have an immediate RV of foreign currencies as has been in the works for some time now. That is not the ultimate answer to all the economic problems of mankind, but at this time and place a good move for the world economy and America as a nation. At this time America has to be strong economically. To run short of finances at any time while defusing this radiation threat could bring down the destruction of America or maybe all of mankind along with America. During this crisis, I suggest all nations be on the side of America and no one trying to be the enemy, sabotage the American economy, etc. The fate of the world may well hang upon whether America solves this world radiation crisis and fast enough or else end of the human race on earth! No time for deadly tricks on the American economy when the fate of the world hangs in the balance!

     As far as the radiation crisis goes, I have contacts already to fast bring in technical brains and geniuses to help solve this radiation crisis and fast. However, good federal engineers I may not be in contact with, let us know and we will have you join us as this is a team effort to defuse this radiation crisis before it is too late! Also, I invite good engineers from Europe, Russia, and China to join us if you think that you can help! The fate of the human race likely hangs on whether we solve this crisis and fast enough before more nuclear disasters occur with this location in Japan.

      I was working on a water process which might help remove radiation poisoning from the ocean water. A giant challenge but probably it can work if used on a large enough scale! Also, smart engineering ideas from any source on how to contain and remove radiation from affected ocean water is welcome and encouraged! No ego! We just want to back whatever smart answers restore the radiation poisoned water back to normal. And then restore lost ocean life to it!

This is a giant task and might end up the biggest engineering project in human history. We should have no enemies and only allies internationally in this deadly threat to the survival of mankind on earth!

     If members of Congress and federal agencies are decent, I don't have to follow through on the following. But until Congress, Pentagon or state government push through this National Regent position, my hand is forced to do this to put pressure on the federal government to quick act as they will not like what I release to the American people until they do. By the way, my Omni Law is required to be passed as I am not saving the neck of America to have a federal government afterwards still not serving the American people with the integrity and loyalty to the American people that it should! While National Regent, the office of the 10 legal trustees over Wash., D.C. will be set up and be operational during or by the end of this National Regent term, but I assume during this term.

     I have been exceptionally good at law when I had reason to be. And combine this with I have always been rated a very good history scholar. I was a history major at the university, but before that, I won a national award (reward) which apparently rated me as the top history student out of American high schools that year. I took a national history test given to honor students in high schools across America and won a postgraduate college scholarship in political science off of the results I got on that national history test while still in high school. I will have to be frank. I found the missing historical and legal records to show that the federal income tax for citizens of the states of America was never

passed into federal law. Either some sources lied or else there was sloppy clerical work in Wash., D.C. which thought they had passed it whereas they did not! Also, some of the same legal records if I release it to the citizens of America also shows why no state income taxes are legal at this time in America, no property taxes and no sales taxes. This is as sloppy of legal clerical work as they forgot to make Ohio a state when they thought they had and a century later quietly voted to make Ohio a state in the end.  William Howard Taft coming from the territory of Ohio, not state of Ohio, signed the bill for the 16th Amendment claimed authorizing federal income tax. Presidents must come from states, not federal territories, to run for the White House. It was not signed by the President making it a legal submitted proposed amendment from the U.S. Congress of Wash., D.C. to the U.S. Constitution. Am I making federal legal sources nervous already? When you go into prime historical documents, it is amazing sometimes what you find! Let us continue in examination of prime documents!

      In 1915, two attorneys, one of whom ws a lecturer at Yale University, wrote a legal book to explain to the American people exactly under law what was the new federal income tax just passed. The legal study was called, A TREATISE ON THE FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER THE ACT OF 1913. (Rochester, New York, Lawyers Co-operative Publishing Company, 2nd Edition).  Under the heading, Places Exempt From The Tax, the two attorneys explained quoting from the Revenue Law of 1913: 

     "The Act expressly directs: That the word "State" or "United States" when used in this Section shall be construed to include any Territory, Alaska, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Philippine 

Islands when such construction is necessary to carry out its provisions." These two attorneys continue,  "The tax is, levied only in Alaska, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Philippine Islands. If the tax were to be levied within the states of the Union, it would have been required to specially state such."

     This legally documents that the Federal Income Tax as created in 1913 was only passed with authority for federal territory and not the present states of America.

      My comment quotes the law: "No emergency justifies a violation of any Constitutional provision." 16 am jur. 2nd. Section 71-72.

      In reference to the IRS and federal income tax, let's quote Hagans v. Lavine, 415 U.S. 533: "The law requires PROOF OF JURISDICTION to appear on the record of the administrative proceedings." No jurisdiction, no legal actions!

     If the American people catch on to the states can't tax them either if they understand what these legal references are telling them, the states can be cut off from state taxes whether income tax, property tax, or sales tax. I am a deadly scholar at historical and legal references. If the federal government and states do not want my help in solving this radiation crisis for America, I can keep offering this federal income tax package to the public for as long as needed. And if I ever get legally provoked to extreme, I can tell the people to reprint this collection of legal reports and see that all Americans get them then which will cut off the finances for the federal government until it obeys the law again itself!

     As Obama was not even born in America but in Kenya as he once by error allowed himself to be recorded he stated to a crowd of Americans before running for the White House, he is not legally the President of America and so I am just forcing Wash., D.C. to fulfill its legal duty under the U.S. Constitution and remove from office a con artist who had no legal right to ever run for the White House nor ever be legally the President of America.

      If I am to be for six months the National Regent for America, the Obamacare being forced down the throats of much of America which does not want it will be suspended for 12 months as soon as I have authority to. Congress can then seriously study it to see if it violates the U.S. Bill of Rights or tries to overthrow the U.S. Constitution by creation of a federal police state through national health as the front. I am opposed to martial law in America except for obvious collapse of the nation otherwise. Obama would let this radiation crisis be his excuse to set up martial law and a federal police state in America. All I have to do is collect together scientific and engineering talent and as swiftly as possible do all we can to solve this crisis before it destroys America and maybe the world forever. The people still go to their jobs, businesses run as usual, newspapers can say whether they approve what we are doing in Wash., D.C. or else disapproving, Congress still meets, but one difference. We will install the 10 legal trustees over Wash., D.C. authorized under the Omni Law and the American people will have regained control of Wash., D.C. through the Omni Law. Now their legal rights will be respected once more under law. And government will be run by consent of the governed, not ruled over by federal would-be tyrants and the people trampled over in defiance of the will of the American people and their legal God-given rights under American law.
