" Do you notice the importance, IMO, of this statement?

 ...it is saying that the CBI HAS changed their monetary policy!!!

It states: "NEW monetary policy...pursued by the central bank."

This is past tense!!!

They have already made changes!!!

We are definitely in a WAIT mode for the change in the rate of

the IQD.
