[WCW] i have always said if this is global we would see it on a sunday afternoon when the 1st bank in the world opens and if it is about iraq we would see it right before or during iraq banking hrs so we wait and see what happens tonight and tomorrow as US banks are closed

[HOODINI] sananddan24 only if the us plays ball …imo if they push it fully out because of the stall …then street rate it is and all bets are off, that is my understanding.
