RICO CLAIM PROOFS

PREDICATE ACTS TO PROVE A RICO CLAIM (Treble Damages)
Proof that: 
The defendant(s) 
Through the commission of two or more acts
Through a pattern (continuity plus relationship which combines to produce a pattern. –  one scheme - two predicate acts if the acts are related to each other) 
Maintains an interest in or participates in 
Racketeering activity or the collection of an unlawful debt
Activities which effect interstate or foreign commerce; and
Plaintiff’s must show that they are injured in their business or property by reason of RICO violation
