The audio which Rob Potter has placed on the internet is a copyrighted piece of information.  He has done this illegally from one of the audio tapes/CD's which NICUFO produces.  Since Dr. Frank's death, I now own all of his copyrights.  Mr. Potter continues to claim that he was very close with Dr. Frank along with other information which he has "stolen" from Dr. Frank's archives.

Since I have no intention of getting into a conflict with him, there is not much I can do to remove this from the web site to which it is linked.

If you have a contact with this web site, you might, as a NICUFO Board Member, notify them that Rob Potter has NO right or permission to place the audio information on any web site, yet continues to do so.  His portrayal of his relationship with Dr. Frank is a little "off" the whole truth of the matter.

Trust you understand.  Other video information from one of the IC meetings was also placed on the internet by a former member and is now everywhere.  There is nothing that can be done as once it's on the internet, anyone can "take" it and use it for themselves.
