The ‘bullseye’ for this latest HAARP attack is the Great Lakes region from Michigan to Illinois to Minnesota, Ohio, Indian, Kentucky, West Virginia and parts of Maryland, Pennsylvania, (New Madrid!) Missouri and Iowa as shown below. What do they have planned this time? New Madrid? Another epic snowstorm? Super Bowl distraction? Video reports also below.

OTH at 25.40MHz 15.10MHz 13.5MHz more at the same time . At6:15 Burst from intel station at 6:59 wide band bursts than a sweep start at 24MHz 7:03 .
