"Confirmed by CIA source, General Fairfield is to take his duties to usurp the US Treasury once the Republic has been restored."

"According to contact, TRN's are now in use similar to a note in a bank but issued by the UST. Payouts will be in digital TRN's then cash will be in FRN's until USN is slowly introduced."

THE GLOBAL TRADING PLATFORM FOR IRAQ. THEY HAVE STATED THEY ARE READY TO
TRADE INTERNATIONALLY.
THEIR SYSTEM IS READY AND TIED INTO NASDAQ. HOWEVER, THEIR HANDS ARE TIED IF THE GOI DOES NOT GIVE THEM WHAT THEY NEED...A RATE AND RECOGNIZED INTERNATIONALLY. I CANNOT SEE THEM GOING LIVE UNTIL IRAQ GETS THEIR CRAP TOGETHER AND GETS THEIR PIECES IN PLACE. THE GOOD THING HERE IS, THE ISX WAS AND STATED THEY ARE READY ON THE 26TH...PERIOD. THEY MUST BE UNDER THE AUSPICE THAT IRAQ WOULD BE AS WELL. IF THEY DO NOT OPEN GLOBALLY ON THE 26TH AS PLANNED, I DO NOT SEE THIS IN A NEGATIVE WAY.
