Greetings All!
I found this over on HuffPost. Here's a snip, followed by the link to the full article with video and pics:
{SNIP}
A Florida city was quick to show how serious it is about its new homeless feeding ban by making an example out of a 90-year-old advocate who’s been helping the hungry for two decades.
Despite heated protests, Fort Lauderdale passed an ordinance early on Oct. 22, restricting charitable groups from doling out meals to homeless people in public, the Sun Sentinel reported. The city wasted no time implementing the law. On Sunday police cited two Christian ministers and volunteer Arnold Abbot, 90, who runs the advocacy group, Love The Neighbor, Local 10 News reported.
The three served less than a handful of the 300 meals they prepared before the police run in, according to the Sentinel.
They each now face 60 days in jail and $500 fines.

Where are the people that went to the Bundy ranch? They need to go support this man and tell any cops that try to arrest him that they will have to deal with them first. These bullshit laws against feeding homeless people have to be put a stop to. Lock up the politicians who even suggest such a thing let alone support it.

EVERYONE in Ft. Lauderdale Florida city should be going out and feeding the homeless right now. The mayor and city council should answer to the people for making such an idiotic law.

Everyone ought to email the mayor of Ft Lauderdale and sound off. I did.

If he has an attorney he will lose, as thefirst responsibility of an attornryis to the court not the client(CJS book 7) He must challenge where the city had the dedicated authority to change any right guarenteed by the Constitution, both State and Federal. Where does anyone have the right to make any law that violates human rights?

What good does it do any more?

We are just simply hurting beyond belief.

What is left for us to do?

That's what they want. They fund the private prisons.
