BRANDI: Sem I've never understood what the bond platforms
are or how they are connected to the RV or are they just relevant to the
prosperity packages? Can you help me understand?
SEM: Yes, all of this is connected. Historical Bond
redemption is part of the whole global settlements.
The Platforms place the Bonds in trade at a certain value
and trade over a number of weeks. My understanding is once this payout
starts, the next in line is the exchange which is where we are today.
The fact that it's confirmed payouts started confirms
whatever administrative hold by the U.S. has been lifted. If its been
lifted for the global and bond payouts, it's lifted for the exchange.
