The government end of the fiscal year is Sept 30, of every year.
Of infinite possibilities the last three work days of September can be used to close the fiscal year, but we have seen the government shutdown before, so of infinite possibilities, there could be another possibility where nothing happens.

The end of Sept according to internet rumor is when all schools were to have the 3-day kits for the children.

I can't remember all the September preparation items.

As a human being, I am exhausted from the comprehension of the quantity
of information that comprises the 'matrix', that I have invested an excessive
amount of time examining.

It is unfortunate that Pope Francis himself cannot be the recipient of
a little "Verscharfte Vernehmung" AKA 'Enhanced Interrogation'....

I am aware of his packed social calendar upon arrival to the US.
It appears to be quite the PR campaign blitz,
a little something for everyone.

I could possibly tolerate the entire charade with the exception
of the 'public' mass.

Does this mean an end to the selling of indulgences ?
If so, Can you refund the $3,000.00 dollars you got out of my
father before he died ? (without my knowledge)...
As long as we're settling up, how about a refund on the advance amount
my mother paid $2,000.00+ dollars JUST TO OPEN THE GRAVE (for her plot), one of the
twelve family plots the folks bought and paid for in 1981, Catholic cemetery.
I didn't realize there were bi-annual price increases, to dig holes...
Mom and two aunts are still with us..
Is Vatican Inc., still planning to spend $ 50,000,000.00 million dollars
renovating former Reverend Robert Schuller's 'Crystal Cathedral',
(bought and now renamed Christ Cathedral) ?
Who put my mother's name down without her consent, into 'donating'
$25,000.00 dollars toward that endeavor? (without my knowledge)...
She is eighty-nine years old, and lets them tap her BOA card every month
for $40.00 dollars, down from the $100.00 formerly. I can't get her to stop.
She has been attending and 'donating' (much larger amounts in the past),
to the same parish for fifty years. But on Sunday December 28, 2014
when she mentioned to the head pastor that she 'walked' to 5:00 pm service,
and needed to call someone for a ride home, I was offended that he could
not arrange that somehow since she lives rather close to the church.
She would not drive her car because her 'license' had not been renewed yet...

On a lighter note to Pope Francis,
have the Babylonian magicians who interpreted
the Star of Bethlehem for us,
authorized you yet, to explain the MAIN SECRET OF THE UNIVERSE ?
