Feds Say Company Discriminated Against Illegals, Orders Back Pay
Obama will perform Big Brother “compliance monitoring” of company
The Department of Justice’s Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices objected to non-U.S. citizens being “targeted” because of their citizenship status, according to Judicial Watch.
Under pressure from the federal government, the company agreed to a $200,000 civil penalty and also to create an uncapped back pay fund to compensate individuals who lost wages because they were unable to prove they are in the county legally, according to the non-partisan educational foundation.
In addition, the business will be subjected to “compliance monitoring” by the government.
Judicial Watch believes the effort is part of a larger effort by the federal government and the Obama administration to facilitate the entry of illegal aliens in the United States:
This case is part of a broader effort by the Obama administration to helps illegal aliens in the U.S. Besides shielding tens of millions from deportation via an executive amnesty order, the president has also expanded the DOJ to help carry out part of this mission. It’s why the agency’s civil rights division has grown immensely under Obama.The DOJ civil rights division is overseen by a renowned illegal alien advocate, Thomas Perez.
Prior to taking the position at the DOJ, Perez lobbied the Maryland General Assembly against a proposal by Democratic Gov. Parris N. Glendening to make it tougher for immigrants to get driver’s licenses. Perez was a director of CASA of Maryland, an immigrant rights group, at the time.
A report by the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General found last year the Obama administration had allowed businesses to hire undocumented workers and imposed drastically reduced fines and enforcement as mandated by law.
“This inconsistent implementation hinders the government’s mission to prevent or deter employers from violating immigration laws, the DHS watchdog wrote in its report. Now the DOJ is taking it a step further by going after employers that try to ensure their workers are in the U.S. legally,” Judicial watch reports.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Where are the groups suing the Justice Department (they have no immunity as they are a corporation not a government.) The pope is going to deliver his mass in Spanish when he gets here to celebrate the hispanic people in USA. It is time to protest this pope! He has no business in the USA or in Congress or the UNITED NATIONS. People know that he is coming to bring in the NWO, We need to let him know that we do not give our consent or permission to do so!!!
A non-US Citizen is not always an illegal.
There are people who have gotten out of OZ and back into Kansas as Dorothy did.
She could always go home.
The immigration service recognizes US Citizens, noncitizen nationals, and there are people who have alien registrations and such.
When someone offers employment, they cannot demand to know the contracts we have with the US Govt to be a Citizen or not, ie, to be Federal or State
The powers of the state not explicitly giving to the federal is reserved with the state.
So many people have so much negative energy and hatred that they discriminate against the people who open the doors back to where 'they claim they want to be'.
The immigration and naturalization service has an I-9 form.
Once someone fills it out and if they have the proper documents whether it is just a birth certificate or not, they are determined to be eligible to work in the United States.
Citizens put the ball and chain on their ankles and get mad at others who remove them, and work side by side with them.

Citizens did not put the ball and chain on their ankles. Let's get with the program and call a fraud a fraud. No one knowingly made themselves property/slave/serf of the UNITED STATES INC. They have brainwashed/entrapped/lied to/falsified doculmentation...and/full violation of non-disclosure contracts. As far as the illegal aliens anyone subject to a foreign jurisdiction living on this land and not come in legally, is illegal! It sounds as if you have so much negative energy and hatred towards Americans for trying to defend their borders and their jobs and their sovereignty and their land while trying to keep out re-making this countries values that YOU are the one who is discriminating against Americans not the other way around.
