On the video, Blake is seen standing in front of a column outside the Grand Hyatt hotel in Manhattan on Wednesday when Officer James Frascatore rushes up and mows him down.
The cop grabs Blake by his left arm, shoves him up against a glass door and throws him onto the sidewalk, where Frascatore then uses his right knee and shin to pin Blake facedown as he handcuffs the former athlete behind his back.
Several passers-by gawk at the spectacle, with an older woman in a pink shirt and orange ball cap briefly approaching and pointing at the pair before walking away.

I'm sure this rogue corporate thug with a gun, badge and 007 license got his adrenalin fix for the day. At least he didn't pull out his gun and shoot his victim.
