Murdered at 7 seconds, u can see he was struck left flank, where he grabbed his injury, leaned forward with his left leg, as one does when they get a cramp or similar side injury. LaVoy then points in the direction of the shooter as he turns quickly to see where the shooter is at... I believe the tree cop tased him (taser in non gun hand, then he reaches for his side arm with his right hand), thats when LaVoy falls. He was then probably shot in the head.
C.mon folks...Spokesman LaVoy wasn't going to ever survive to spread his message of federal Land Grabs, which he was on his way to do just that.
