'Occupiers' say they’ve voted to ask Joaquin Mariano DeMoreta-Folch, a long-time Tea Party activist, to convene a common law grand jury.
He tracks its origins back to the Magna Carta, British common law and the U.S. Constitution and he warns, the jury meets in absolute secrecy. “The media, you cannot ask the question to them. That’s a felony,” he told reporters. “So make sure (you know) what you are doing because if you ask me: How many? What they say? Why they vote? You’re committing the crime of felony and I will hold you accountable,” said DeMoreta-Folch.
Grand juries held under U.S. law also meet in secret. But after an indictment, they’re followed by a trial.
DeMoreta-Folch said common law grand juries deliver an indictment and that’s it. Punishment can involve placing a lien on a person’s property. He said the jury is considering quote “multiple constitutional crimes” against local officials on behalf of the Hammond ranchers.

Anonymous is ignorant of the law. The rules of Grand Jury conduct have been in print for decades. If you are selected for a "federal" Grand Jury, these same rules apply. It is a felony for a juror to speak of the deliberations outside the jury room. The difference between a "federal" Grand Jury and a Citizens Grand Jury is the the term "federal" is misleading. Most Americans believe "federal" means the government, of, by, and for the people. The so-called government in Wash. DC is a for-profit corporation which replaced the Constitutional government in 1871. Do the research instead of watching football games, TV game shows, and Dancing With the Stars. Citizens Grand Juries are being set up all over America as people finally figure out we have been duped by the alleged "Justice System." It's really "just us." While you're doing your research, if you do, look up "Prisoner Bonds" on-line. Everyone convicted puts money in the pockets of the judges and BAR attorneys. Prisons are operated for profit, not to protect humanity or re-train the convict.

Common Law grand juries are based in Common Law instead of the BAR association.
They are founded in Biblical law and the judges rule accordingly.
The fact they bring the mormon religion into the discussion to discredit it, is just further evidence of someone acting especially nervous. It is a little known but common rationale that the mormons are the true church, which also makes it a very rare case they would bring up the act of 1871.
By bringing up that federal law of 1871 they are in effect admitting that the robbers run the government. People have lived under their false system of slavery for long enough, and attacking mormons for speaking out and not abiding by etiquette is the ultimate disrespectful insult to the law.
For all this time people have tried to go along to get along, while christianity, latter day saints and everyone else was keenly aware of the government's creation being a fraud. This world was deceived by a massive lie constructed by the devil and father of all lies, because only something that corrupt could put a nice face on fascism by corporations.
That people are for the first time standing up without any further hesitation about the utter treason that the act of 1871 is, could be a very good sign. Freedom has a price.
