The FDA approved a powerful new opioid painkiller called Dsuvia that’s 10 times stronger than fentanyl, the deadly synthetic opioid that’s been blamed for the record number of drug overdose deaths recorded in 2017, and 1,000 times more powerful than morphine. The potential that the drug will be diverted and abused is likely. The FDA ignored the objections of lawmakers and its own advisory committee in the process. AcelRx, the manufacturer of Dsuvia, anticipates $1.1 billion in annual sales, and hopes to have its product in hospitals early next year. New York: Mother Loses Custody of Her Son with Leukemia for
Refusing Chemotherapy After He Was Given Clean Bill of Health
Candace Gundersen, who’s a holistic wellness coach, is
fighting to have her 13-year old son removed from chemotherapy treatment for
acute leukemia after he was given a clean bill of health by doctors. Gunderson was told when her son was diagnosed
that if she refused chemotherapy treatment for him, Child Protective Services
(CPS) would have her removed and her son would receive treatment anyway, so she
signed the consent forms. The boy had a
serious adverse reaction and she refused further outpatient treatments, as she
planned to pursue alternative care for him, prompting a doctor to call CPS. The boy was seized and will be forced to get
treatments for three years, the standard for care, even though the cancer was

San Francisco Voted to Allow Water to Flow into Ocean, in
the Name of Environmentalism, Instead of
Sending it to Farmers to Spite President Trump
California: The Bay Delta Plan that would require the rivers
in the San Joaquin watershed to maintain 40% of unimpeded flow into the ocean
from February to June, more than twice the current amount of water, which would
decrease the amount of water to farmers.
The city of San Francisco voted for the Bay Delta Plan to spite
President Trump as he threatened to sue if it was implemented, as it would
interfere with the operation of key reservoirs owned by the federal government
in the San Joaquin Valley. If this plan
is implemented, it will drive up water rates as the city is compelled to seek
out new, pricey supplies, such as desalination.
Update: Surprisingly, San Francisco Mayor London Breed sided
with conservatives and vetoed the Supervisors’ unanimous vote for water

Jewish Law Professor Accuses ADL of Fudging Statistics To
Make Anti-Semitism Appear More Prevalent Than It Really Is
Jonathan Greenblatt of the Jewish Anti-Defamation League
(ADL) said that anti-Semitism, including “wild anti-Semitic conspiracy theories
about Jewish financiers like George Soros manipulating world events,” must be
censored and stopped. He said there has been a 57% increase in harassment,
vandalism, and violence in 2017.
In response, professor David Bernstein, at the George Mason
University School of Law, wrote that the ADL’s study is false. He cites
numerous flaws in the study, including the fact that it included 193 incidents
of bomb threats to Jewish institutions that were not motivated by anti-Semitism
at all but just the opposite. They were discovered to have been committed by an
18-year old Jewish boy who, apparently, was bent on creating sympathy for the

New York: Synagogue Vandal with Hateful Message Has Been
Identified. He Is a Black Leftist, Not a White Supremacist.
Days after the synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh, a synagogue
in Brooklyn was the site of vandalism with messages written with a black marker
that read, “Die Jew rats. We are here,” “Jews better be ready,” and
“Hitler.” Immediately, the media blamed
this on white supremacy. However,
surveillance video shows a young black man scrawling the messages. He has been
identified as James Polite, 26 who, according to his known leftist political
activities, may be a former Obama volunteer. A local TV station reported that
Polite could be behind a series of fires at other shuls and yeshivas in the

Child Protective Services (CPS) would have her removed and her son would receive treatment anyway, so she signed the consent forms.
People sign their children into school and have some sort of rush to see how fast they can en-roll their child and get out of there....and they give all kinds of rights to the school and the school nurse.
People sign documents when CPS take the kids away, agreeing to jump through hoops to get their kids back...Duh! they took the kids without a contract...you have a better chance of getting them back when there is no contract between you than if there is a contract.
And the remedy is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Rescission of signature
If a contract has terms that are without full disclosure and those terms are not a meeting of the minds, then you can rescind your signature and the parties are back where they were when they first met.
But no, you will sign, be in a contract, then go fight the agreement you agreed to, and a judge will see the contract, see it was not signed Under Coercion or under duress, and rule for the side that is holding the paper that has YOUR signature on it.
How you like that?
You will appeal to the president, and he'll be told there is a contract.
You will appeal to all kinds of people, but guess what; the problem was caused by us and we blame someone else, when if we did not sign contracts with strangers, we'd have our power.
An example of signing it under coercion, is when that is the first words on the line, and if the line is not long enough after under coercion is written, that's not your fault is it? But at least your intention is shown as soon as you started writing, and if there is enough room for your first name, go ahead and put it, but your last name as an example would not have to be on there because no one can tell you how to sign, and you are signing under coercion and your first name shows it was you that signed it under coercion or if they are holding you captive, then under duress, but
they have deceptive ways.
They told her, your son is healthy, and then she signed, so she didn't sign under coercion while her son was healthy, but where is her caveat, that this document is void if you are wrong and my son is not healthy and you did not provide full disclosure.
Some people will say you can't write on their contracts, you can only sign. Well, you can sign, it's valid on with the attachment of restrictions on a separate piece of paper, and then sign.
When you sign first and then write your provisions, they follow your signature and are not enforceable, that's why you don't sign a contract at the top of the page before all the stipulations, because then anything after the signature would be useless.
So don't sign and then write after it, under coercion, make that first, make it first, make it on top, above, and sealed by your signature that follows...your signature is like putting that document into a laminating machine..it's locked and everything on that paper is locked in by the time you complete that signature.
