According
to the CDC, 67 million people in the US have "crossed
a dangerous line" -- blood pressure that equals or exceeds 140/90.
In
other words, they have hypertension (aka high blood pressure).
The
World Heart Federation estimates that 970 million people worldwide are on
the wrong side of those numbers, too.
And
while elevated blood pressure can be a risk factor for the development of
cardiovascular disease, it is NOT true for everyone.
But

As
soon as you cross that line, regardless of your situation, you are handed

1 cup olive oil

In
