     I normally do not do this, but I will intervene this time as I wanted the legal excuse to bring down police state elements in Wash., D.C. and state governments which have done colossal damage to the founding of industry in America and prevented many millions of jobs from being otherwise created in America over the years. Most of Wash., D.C. and too many state officials and judges have as much respect and loyalty to the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights as if they had been written down on toilet paper and used for you know what! I understand a James Paris in Florida is trying to ruin a large international financial group which has been paying successfully since 2009 and all people have been paid on schedule every month as promised. He filed a legal complaint in Florida but forgot to tell them that he is a convicted felon coming prior from Maine in 2005 or thereabouts.  He is I understand promoting a rival competitor fund to the one that he has targeted which has had no complaints against it until he showed up. It sounds like he is trying to make a name for himself and win many new customers by this tactic of filing a legal complaint without apparent legal grounds if I have heard the story correctly from several sources now.

     I am the boy who beat in state court the Jewish lawyer who had never lost in any state court until he faced me. Then he lost for the first time and looked like he had been hit with a sledgehammer when leaving the courtroom. I took a lawyer from the federal government in Wash., D.C. in a courtroom and brought forth the surprise legal testimony from a former federal marshal and intelligence operative of U.S. Naval Intelligence who overheard C.I.A. personnel in a bar boasting how they had just set up this federal legal frame-up case against me which he signed his sworn statement about. Their C.I.A. boast was as they laughed in the bar that they would keep on setting up legal frame-up cases against me until finally they destroyed me. The federal judge did not think this funny and at my request put on the witness stand the federal lawyer who was trying to ruin me. He protested that he could not be forced to testify in the witness stand. This federal judge said yes he could be forced to testify and so he did. Under oath, he admitted that he had absolutely no legal grounds nor proof for even filing against me the federal case that he did. The judge dismissed the case with an implied warning to not try and bring a federal frame-up case into his courtroom ever again or else grand jury time for those trying this! I have won many other legal upsets but let's just say I don't commit to legal action unless I already know in advance why I am going to win in court and under law!

     We have a con artist federal government highly criminal in nature and little loyalty if any to the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights. I understand that there is a secret way of paying off federal judges and members of Congress to be corrupt and bend the law to make the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights treated not as national law over them, but a laughingstock joke to them to laugh at either in their courtrooms or else secretly behind the scenes. If in the corrupt loop to be paid off for being corrupt in Wash., D.C., you are invited to join a secret Forex fund which pays spectacularly every month! Never fails! It all looks legitimate and no one asks any questions from the outside. The Forex fund is paid by the use of the Federal Reserve Banking Code so banking computers electrically issue all the electronic counterfeit money needed to pay off the corrupt members of this "Forex Fund" (federal electronic counterfeit ring paying off each month). Officials in the U.S. Justice Dept., federal judges, members of Congress, and some former Presidents are all paid off by this federal counterfeit ring using electronic money instead of paper money. It is not smart of federal sources to pick fights with me. I really do know too much and you don't want to make me mad at you!  

     A recent encyclopedia I checked into this morning listed contracts as including certificates of bonds as being contracts. The article did not say this, but stocks are also listed contracts where financial terms are given for money received to buy this stock certificate which is legally a contract also. We would maybe have 500% more industry in America and maybe not one American left unemployed in America who wants to work if our jackass incredibly criminal government of Wash., D.C. and state governments actually obeyed the authority of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights! If you will notice folks, you see no stocks for inventors offered on the open stock market of America nor tolerated in the states. They are treated as criminals under law if they try to offer stock offers to back inventions of theirs which can turn into national industries.The inventors like Thomas Edison skyrocketed America to world leadership, industry, national wealth, and millions of new, great jobs for the working people of America. You wonder why we have no Thomas Edison inventors creating massive new industry in America. The federal government and state governments by legal con game outlawed them from issuing stock offers in America. The Illuminati did not want too much real prosperity for the American people. Passage of my proposed Omni Law restores the rights of inventors in America and then the economy of America skyrockets into wild prosperity and jobs for all that want jobs in America.

     Charles Kettering, rated one of the twenty top inventor engineering geniuses of America and one-time President of General Motors, reviewed a list of 920 inventive concepts of mine. He then wrote that he rated me to be the most brilliant potential inventor genius in American history. However, under 2013 Obama tainted Wash., D.C., I am not supposed to offer America maybe up to 2,000 new industries I could offer America if we were not living under a tyranny of government corrupt as all hell and secretly controlled by the Illuminati which Russian intelligence says has over $300 trillion to buy off control of Wash., D.C. and working to set up a one world government using Wash., D.C. as the front. The Illuminati loves Satan, hates Jesus Christ, and wants to make "Lucifer" their "god" of the world. These boys are crazy as all hell, but intensely wealthy, hire political gangsters like "deepknight" who made the mistake of catching my attention, then his group, and here were found a little hidden nest of Illuminati reptiles have boasted over their website and we copied them how the Illuminati controls Wash., D.C. so "deepknight" cannot be arrested for murder threats against me in the name of Obama over the internet. This is because the Illuminati controls the U.S. Justice Dept. under Eric Holder and the whole U.S. Justice Dept. is bought off as well as other key federal agencies. By now Eric Holder is in super hot water legally. By legally stonewalling so "Deepknight" will not be arrested for documented federal murder threats against me in the name of Obama to try and shut me up. I make the Illuminati very unhappy in Wash., D.C. by exposing their operations in Wash., D.C., across America and worldwide. And by stonewalling when "deepknight" keeps on adding more felony charges to his chart, Eric Holder personally can be criminally sentenced on enough federal felony charges now to put him away for several lifetimes in federal prison, not just one lifetime! "Deepknight" without you being the one they are trying to cover for, Eric Holder would not now be facing up to several lifetimes in federal prison if I push all the legal charges now! By covering too long when "Deepknight" threatened murder in the name of Obama, now it is becoming almost certain that Eric Holder is trying to keep Obama from being legally investigated and removed from the White House for federal murder threats and other federal felonies committed in his name and to carry out his secret criminal policies for America in violation of real law. 

     On to legal business now. The Preamble to the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights was ratified as the controlling clause offered by the U.S. Congress so the States would ratify the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights. Two more were offered but not ratified by the states. Read in any of the editions of the  "World Almanac" the missing preamble to the U.S. Bill of Rights liberal members of Congress and liberal judges try to ignore as they don't want to obey the U.S. Bill of Rights as legally written. In common words you can understand, the Preamble says that the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights are higher in legal authority than the rest of the U.S. Constitution and no authority from the rest of the U.S. Constitution can be used or claimed to overrule, modify, or ignore the higher authority of the U.S. Bill of Rights as final authority under the U.S. Constitution for the national government created by authority of this U.S. Constitution itself.

     Alexander Hamilton in "The Federalist Papers" said that no bill of rights was needed in the U.S. Constitution as it possessed no authority to overturn any of the state bills of rights or overturn recognized legal rights of the people no government on earth had authority to overturn or outlaw from this earth. But elements not trusting that the U.S. Republic would have permanent loyalty to the God-given rights of the American people forced the U.S. Bill of Rights to be written just as a backup guarantee that Wash., D.C. would never try to overthrow the God-given rights of the American people which was the issue the American Revolution was all fought over in 1776.

     Article 1, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution: "No State shall...pass any...Law impairing the Obligations of Contracts." Now all legal sources know that the American people have never been taught their legal rights in school is why Wash., D.C. can go to the bathroom on the U.S Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights and the people never know that Wash., D.C. and state governments sometimes have just spit in your faces in contempt of you the American people, laughed in your faces, and said in effect, "If you don't know your legal rights, then we can take away all your rights won in the American Revolution of 1776!"  The Illuminati elements in federal and state government laugh at you the people who they think are "dumb as all hell" is why you can be conned out of your legal  rights so easily by Illuminati judges and politicians who sold out their souls for Illuminati money, backing, and special favors. 

     James Madison who was called "the Father of the U.S. Constitution" because his influence wrote so much of the U.S. Constitution explains what is meant by "laws impairing the obligation of contracts, are contrary to the first principles of the social compact (American Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution), and to every principle of sound legislation. His words in Federalist No. 44 explaining the meaning of the words in the U.S. Constitution. "Very properly therefore have the Convention added this constitutional bulwark in favor of personal security and private rights; ...They have seen, too, that legislative interference, (means especially registration, licensing and regulation of stocks and bonds is the contracts referred to here) is but the first link of a long chain of repetitions (never ending new regulations piled upon older regulations); every subsequent interference (regulation) being naturally produced by the effects of the preceding. They very rightly infer, therefore, that some thorough reform is wanting which will banish speculations on public measures, inspire a general prudence and industry, and give regular course to the business of society." James Madison is saying if you want to boom the national economy, release the talents of the people of America and don't use regulations to slam the brakes on the growth of the economy of America. They saw state governments during the American Revolution cripple the economy of America from growing far more by endless decreed regulations of stocks and bonds which were needed to raise the finances to build the economy with. Finally, in legal disgust, the Continental Congress fighting the American Revolution told the American people to ignore state claims for trying to license and regulate contracts called stocks and bonds because the people had the God-given right to contract and property which no government on earth had authority to take away from the American people. And the Founding Fathers of America learning their lesson what happens to the economy if they allowed endless regulations to stop the growth of the economy, they now outlawed this would-be tyranny of law in America from being claimed legal henceforth in America. The state governments were prohibited from ever having authority to license or regulate stocks or bonds in America. The federal government was denied this same authority so it was not necessary to say this identical legal principle of the God-given rights of the American people equally applied to the federal government system of law as well as state law. No securities agencies either federal or state are legal under the terms of the U.S. Constitution as stated by James Madison here who probably personally wrote this section of the U.S. Constitution himself and certainly knew what he meant by his own words! Even the Constitution of South Carolina of 1895 as amended in 1999 still stated in Article I - Declaration Of Rights, Section 4: "No...law impairing (means regulating) the obligation of contracts (especially means stocks and bond as they are financial contracts affecting the economy of state and nation) ...shall be passed."

     When the federal government stole $525,000 from me to stop me from continuing to pay as I already had high returns to people who joined a financial program I had set up, the SC State Attorney General refused to prosecute the federal thiefs of Wash., D.C. who stole my money and that of my backers and instead said I was legally wrong to have set up a private fund for supporters of mine, so posted a comment that I had failed to pay someone from this fund set up by me. Cancelled bank checks show that I was paying the people fine until federal operatives who identified themselves threatened me with murder if I tried to stop them from stealing my money and that of my backers. They in error thought someone else was working with me and so they at the same time also threatened him with murder if he tried to stop them from stealing from him $25,000 of his own funds he had in the same master fund as I did. As somewhere from 6,000 to 20,000 other Americans and foreigners were having their money stolen from them by these federal thiefs working for Wash., D.C., I called upon them to stand up and not allow this to be done to them. But blinded with short circuited brains letting emotion overrule common sense and smart answers how to stop this, they would not rally together so they could stop the federal felons from stealing their countless millions of dollars from them. As I later learned, it was apparently Illuminati (Satanist) members in the U.S. Justice Dept. and other federal agencies who pocketed this fortune in money stolen from the American people and foreign citizens of many UN member nations, and laughing their heads off claimed all this was for the enforcement of law to protect the people from a fund that had been paying fine for several years now. The Illuminati members in the U.S. Government have apparently stolen from the American people by this constantly repeated con tactic of the Illuminati dominated U.S. Republic maybe as much as hundreds of billions of dollars or even trillions of dollars legally belonging to the American people and citizens of likely 130 or more member nations of the United Nations. This is a massive violation of national law and a massive violation of the UN Charter, treaty agreements with other nations, and massive violation of the Genocide Treaty as signed into treaty law by President Ronald Reagan and then the American version of the Genocide Treaty ratified by Wash., D.C. was called the Proxmire Act as the statute version of the treaty signed by America. The Rothschilds, Rockefellers, and hundreds of other Illuminati Satanist leaders in America and Europe thank the American people for the vast fortune they have stolen from the American people by the seizure of legitimate funds and then secretly ending up with the Illuminati leaders in Wash., D.C. and then dispersed to the Illuminati banking families in America and Europe. Including through the Federal Reserve which is a private banking corporation, not a federal agency, the Illuminati leaders have apparently stolen from $300 trillion up to and maybe even exceeding 1,000 $1 trillion in money belonging to you the American people. All this money was stolen from the American people because you did not think it worth bothering with to demand that the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights be obeyed by Wash., D.C. as the binding national law upon Wash., D.C. and those state governments corrupt under Illuminati influence and control. Recover the stolen money and the national debt of America is paid off! And enough additional money coming to the American people so you never pay income taxes again in America. But how you love to be dumb suckers for the cons of the Illuminati criminal syndicate running Wash., D.C., too many state governments, etc.

     For the dumb and naive in law. All contracts were always under the authority of common law as taught by William Blackstone's Commentaries - the "Bible" of American law for long after the American Revolution. In a contract offer in business finance whether stocks or bonds, if later one party felt that the contract offer had been violated, they filed in a common law court and the common law court by trial by jury would decide if damages were owed, if fraud had been committed which could lead to criminal punishment then. If no wrong had been committed with the contract, then the case was dismissed and the source issuing the business contract offer called a stock or bond was free of any wrong, liability, or criminal offense, and free to continue in business as usual. Original American law was that you were innocent until proven guilty. Federal law today in securities especially is that you are guilty until and unless proven innocent! The American Revolution of 1776 has been overthrown by the con artist lawyers, judges, and elected officials and other officials of any branch of government if they are allowed by you to overthrow the legal terms of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights as ratified by the American people. This was through their state governments or state conventions to ratify the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights back at the time of ratification.

     The retained common law used the God-given rights of the people as taught in the Bible as the basis for the legal decisions which became permanent binding law on all in the nation as the common law evolved based upon the teachings of justice and equality taught by Bible standards. That is why the Founding Fathers of America in 1776 said that no law would or could be valid in America not based upon the teachings and authority of the Bible!

     From this hour forth I make this legal stand. Any federal or state source trying to violate the legal rights of American citizens to issue and offer stock and bond offers in America without licensing or regulating by either federal or state government, this shall be treated as an act of high treason against the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights as originally written and intended as the national law for all American both federal and state. The 10th Amendment of the U.S. Bill of Rights guarantees that the rights of the American people are retained and not forfeited to either federal or state government. Some other of the U.S. Bill of Rights include Amendment VII that in suits over contracts, the people have the right to common law courts for their rulings unless all parties consent to use of an alternate court system. When the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trail by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law." Quoted from the 7th Bill of Rights. It is also saying here that common law is the highest authority for any court to use and no other claim of authority in the nation can overrule the authority of common law in court. Among other things, this also means that neither federal or state government can confiscate money, property, etc. in contract law except first authorized by the ruling of a common law court of trial by jury first. Without trial by jury, government cannot confiscate the property or money of people meaning you personally!

     I am pushing that my proposed Omni Law be soon passed in America. It is the proposed law that sets up civil tribunes for America modeled after ancient Roman law which James Madison, "Father of the U.S. Constitution," had endorsed as the smartest and most brilliant idea maybe ever invented by man since government began on earth to protect man from tyranny under government and law.  It effectively protected the legal rights of the people far better than anything else used in history before and forced the government to respect and obey the will of the people instead of being a tyranny as a government against the people.

Jesus taught in Matthew 25 in the Parable of the Five Wise and Five Foolish Virgins that the symbolic five virgin Christians looking for His return and living right until His return will be invited to the Marriage of the Lamb after that. The five foolish virgin Christians will be left outside and told to go away. He will say to these lukewarm Christians, "Get out of My sight! I never knew you!" His words in the New Testament!

      A little nest of Illuminati reptile snakes who love Satan and not Christ have been according to their own testimony trying tricks on you so you would not back me. They concentrated their efforts to try and trick the Christian Americans not to back me. Why? Because they feared me far more than any other Christian leader in America. They knew I could give you victory in America and other Christian leaders were just shadowboxing and not serious about winning for Christianity in America.  I create the basis so Protestants and Catholics can join together in common cause and win America back to Christianity and Jesus Christ. I am the only leader in America who stands for victory. The rest just stand for positions of defense or else surrender to the evil who laugh at the Christians who can't even get their act together and stand up seriously for Christ in America. Every enemy movement of Christianity stands boldly for its cause. Only the Christians act like cowards before their enemies in America. Are you a man or woman for Christ or else just a coward which Jesus shows in Revelation He will not allow into New Jerusalem later on? And in Revelation Jesus says the lukewarm so disgust Him that He will vomit them out! Have you got the hint yet that Jesus is disgusted with cowardly and couldn't care less Christians. Stand up for Christ. Let's take America back which too many of you have tried to surrender to the enemies of Christ or at least to the Illuminati who count upon your unwillingness to stand up for Christ as the way for them to win America and end Christianity forever in the process.    The Satanist running their Illuminat website or websites for the Illuminati in America savagely used criminal tactics trying to block this book from being compleed.      Jesus says in Rev. 2 that the highest rewards of Jesus Christ promised in the New Testament go to those who uphold His works unto the end. This means Apostolic Christianity. Six times in the New Testament Jesus says to take up His cross and be His cross-bearer meaning help advance Christianity in the world. Nothing else was ever commanded by Jesus six times in the New Testament. We agree to do what Jesus asks of all Christians on earth. So we took on the name that Jesus told us to if we would be total Christians for Jesus in our corrupt age we live in today. Who will join me in raising the banner of Jesus Christ in America and the world again?!! As St. Francis of Paola predicted in 1470 A.D., we will win! St. Pdre Pio said that Jesus once told him that God the Father was angry over how so many claimed Christians treat Jesus Christ. They show Jesus no love and this provokes God the Father to want to bring judgment to mankind on earth. Jesus said this hurt His heart beyond measure how many Christians show no love or loyalty to Jesus while claiming to be Christians and followers of His. I was confirmed many years ago in the Christian faith with the name of Charles Henry to honor my forefather Constantine The Great of the Roman Empire who arose to champion and save the Christians from extermination in the ancient Roman Empire back then, legalized them, and supported their Nicene Council so the Church Fathers could lay the groundwork for unity for Christianity throughout the Roman Empire. Constantine the Great said God made him a secular bishop to help the Catholic bishops set up Apostolic Christianity as they judged Jesus wanted them to do. And at his death, he had it put over his tomb "The Thirteenth Apostle" meaning after the Apostle Paul if I recall the ancient Roman history correctly as Judas was a disciple but not Apostle having betrayed Jesus to death on the cross. Family legend is we also descend from the grandson of St. Jude the Apostle and cousin of Jesus who wrote "The Epistle of Jude" in the New Testament. Ancient records indicate we also descend from a sister of the Virgin Mary and also from His uncle Joseph who buried Jesus in his tomb. So if Jesus wants to use his cousin line to finish His work on earth like He used His cousin John the Baptist to start His ministry, who am I to protest! Jesus knows that I am totally loyal to and totally love Jesus! I gladly accept the job that other Christians did not want to do for Jesus! Raise up one final time the banner of Apostolic Christianity and let the saints of Jesus effectively preach the Gospel rapidly all over the earth. Then the end comes according to Matthew 24. I know my prophecies well! And I know the explanation to Jer. 30 which must occur before the Tribulation and Antichrist! And early Christian writings explained what was the camp of the saints in Revelation which modern Bible scholars do not know what early Christianity taught about this!)

This letter typset from a computer in Denver, Colorado was shown to me by the Secret Service which they knew that I had not sent, but wanted to know if I knew who would pull such a wild stunt. I identified for them Deep Knight and his Illuminati group, how to locate them, and mentioned that after the first murder threats from him, two of us checked him out and found him associated with an Islamic terrorist group plotting the overthrow of an ally Arab government in the Middle East. Also, this same school of revolution he was connected with may be teaching Muslims in America how to set up a revolution in America and overthrow the present government in Wash., D.C. He never knew we would check him out like this! Even the Secret Service thought it was a crazy claim when he said that he was a Colonel in the Illuminati Air Force. But he and his Illuminati associates are protected by apparent Illuminati sources in Wash., D.C. or else they would be arrested already for threatening Obama with murder in the White House!
