The bomber
appears to be a contract agent, such as from the Craft or
Blackwater
federal government contract agencies.

Just a comment on the earlier information from Tom Heneghan that the two Chechen men were FBI informants. This actually makes a lot of sense and does NOT undermine the view that they are both innocent.
Please remember how people become FBI informants. Often these are just low-level informants, common people in vulnerable situations who have been caught for a minor crime such as having low class drugs or lacking immigration papers. If they are muslim, they can be offered the chance to become an 'informant', ie. to snitch on other muslims. But once that happens, they are also under the control of the FBI to some extent. For example, they can become targets for the FBI's sting oeprations. My guess is that that is how the two Chechen brothers and also the mother ended up on the US intelligence payroll. And that is how they were then easy to frame. A nightmare for this Chechen family.
And this would explain the apparent public mess that the FBI now seem to be in, where they knew about these men but supposedly hadn't monitored and controlled their activities.
What a joke…. How did they check the whole house on their house to house search? Attics , Cellars ,under beds, in closets… The brothers were set up and here’s irrefutable proof.
