     My mother had been a child actress and as written up in a New York newpaper in 1925 was very talented according to a leading businessman in New York commenting back then. She did well financially as a child actress and in 1934 had $300,000 deposited in a bank account in New York City. FDR declared his 10 day bank holiday in 1934 where all banks in America were closed for 10 days. When they reopened, she had $5,000 remaining in her bank account and $295,000 had disappeared from her personal bank account. No banks were prosecuted in America for disappearance of large sums from personal bank accounts across America. Having studied with six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe, I know the hidden reason why. The federal government under President F.D.R. stole all this money from bank accounts across America is why the federal government did not prosecute any banks for theft of money from banking accounts across America. It was during this time that the federal government declared a $5,000 federal insurance protection for banking accounts is why she had $5,000 left in her bank account when the banks reopened. If the reports from the Russian Government and other foreign sources are correct, Obama plans to hit American bank accounts the same way as happened back in 1934 in America. There is one way to protect the American people and businesses from having their money stolen from their American bank accounts in America when by whim Obama decides to do this. He already claims authority to do this through Obamacare and other federal psuedo-claims to legal authority for this. Such claimed authority violates the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights, but who in Wash., D.C. cares these days about legal technicalities of constitutional law supposed to be the national law of America today?

     American people. militantly push for immediate passage of the Omni Law posted on my national website and once the Omni Law is passed, we guarantee that no one in Wash., D.C. will be able to steal most or all of your money out of your American bank accounts because we will under the Omni Law immediately restore your missing money back to your personal banking accounts if they try and also issue arrest warrants for those in Wash., D.C. including Obama if required who tried to steal all your money from you.

     Also, we have gotten very curious what is really going on concerning delays for the RV of many foreign currencies which would financially bless America and apparently 190 or more foreign nations across the world can get back on their feet financially and break the current world hard recession to prosperity instead. We don't have the hard facts yet, but arrows seem to keep pointing back to Obama is the one who has blocked this for some while because he does not want the American economy to prosper and get back on its feet financially with good prosperity for America. When the Omni Law is passed, we want a national investigation as to the hidden true story of who was blocking quite willfully this pending RV which would bless nations across the world including Middle East countries which with much more prosperity would have far less reason to fight civil wars such as in Syria and Iraq is always a problem that could lead to civil war until effective prosperity is restored to Iraq through this worldwide RV.

     At this time the will of the American people is a matter of apparent indifference to the leadership of Wash., D.C. They do not want to represent the American people, but misrepresent them or else not represent them at all. And they certainly do not want limited government as required by the terms of the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights. As soon as the Omni Law is passed, the American people are back in control of Wash., D.C. and not secret power elite interests behind the scenes controlling too much too many of the leaders of both the major parties. We have some members of Congress who try to be honest but they do not have the power to stop corruption and even what is not mentioned but used to be called treason in America. One member of Congress addressing his colleagues said his office had received thousands of phone calls over the pending war with Syria and none were in favor of attacking Syria. He asked why members of Congress would be in favor of attacking Syria when the thousands of phone calls he received from American citizens all said they were opposed to attacking Syria and none in favor of it. This exposes the myth that Wash, D.C. is run by democracy. At this point, they do not give a "damn" about democracy or the will of the American people in this national issue. Pass the Omni Law and like it or not, they have to answer for their positions to the American people after that and cannot act against the will of the nation once they seriously challenge it such as this Obama planned war against Syria the American people as reflected by massive phone calls to Wash., D.C. do not support. However, with secret bribe money and threats of family members being killed by C.l.A. if they don't vote the White House line,

        I am by nature a potential warhawk if true national interests are involved and such a war would be justified. However, it smells of massive fraud how Obama is trying to get this war started and I will not back fraud to get a war started. And I don't see where this serves the national interests of America. And yes, having spent eleven calendar years in military academies, I know all the arguments for smart wars and for dumb wars. This is the dumbest war for dumb wars proposed for America and like Newt Gingrich I tell members of Congress vote "No!" on this nonsense proposed by Obama. The news media is hiding a lot of information trying to trick the American people to back this proposed war. I have seen the major facts hidden by the news and I see no justified reason for this proposed war by Obama. This could lead to a nuclear World War III for America based upon hidden facts the news media is skillfully hiding from the American people in order to trick them into bad judgment over a very unwise war to start at this time. And do I trust Obama? Absolutely not!

     For those who do not want Obama to steal most or all of their money from their bank accounts in America if foreign sources are correct on information they say they have already found out about Washington plans under Obama, push and heavily back my proposed Omni Law until it is passed and is national law. Obama and Washington accomplices can't steal your money from your bank accounts once it is passed. Obama won't be able to get America into a nuclear World War III once it is passed. Obama and secret sources who put him in the White House won't be able to crash the American economy then as many reports indicate they plan to once they think they can get away with it. I could mention a long list of threats to the American economy and survival of America as a nation that can be removed from being threats by passage of the Omni Law. Included is the potential collapse of the food supply of America through collapse of too much of American agriculture through Obama agricultural policies. Collapse of much of the water supply of America which could threaten the collapse of the American economy if not headed off by wise policies so this threat cannot materialize for America. But it would make this report too long if I covered the long list of threats to America Obama is helping to become strong threats against America instead of helping to solve them. Pass the Omni Law and sanity and responsible government will be back in power in Wash., D.C.

     Many years ago I studied with an engineering school and was rated as extremely bright in engineering by them. Much of American agriculture this year has been badly hurt by excessive flooding and heavy rains in the Eastern half of America and drought and heavy fires in the Western half of America. It is not any total answer for this type of problem in America when and if this excessive bad weather hits America for a prolonged period of time, but it is a good partial answer and could be the balance of power whether America later suffers famine as a nation or else the economy just hurt a little bit by excessively bad weather for the season for the nation. We can take worthless land all over America and turn this worthless land into high production farms overnight by trick tactics in agriculture. As Wash., D.C. screws up national problems it sets up to solve, let the private American people set up what I am proposing for America as an agricultural backup and Wash., D.C. only allowed in a capacity to back this up and not in a capacity trying to control it. This means we don't allow the idiots in Wash., D.C. to try and take over control and remove control from the smart private people of America running this program.

         One quick point before I outline a bit a unique concept I have come up with how to greatly strengthen American agriculture as would be desirable as this year of extremely bad weather has illustrated a need and justification for. Wash., D.C. has the heart of a thief and tries never to pay back money it has stolen from the American people. Technically since Wash., D.C. had no authority from the U.S. Constitution to steal $295,000 from my mother who was very young then in 1934, I had mentioned as an example this federal theft of the $295,000 from her back then in a national report and technically would be owed to me as her son since they never repaid her what Wash., D.C. stole from her.  Since money is worth far less now than in 1934, Wash., D.C. might well owe me even $3 million today to replace the original $295,000 they stole from my mother in 1934. Of course being practical, I know that Wash., D.C. has no intention of ever returning the stolen money back to the family they stole from and to them this is privately a big joke to the federal thieves which are the federal government in Wash., D.C. I also publicized several times in national reports how the federal government stole $525,000 from me in 2004 and I have witnesses to this federal theft. They even laughed when they did it and boasted in effect, "What the hell could I do to stop them!" They apparently did this to stop me from reestablishing my father's Vatican endorsed food process Pope Pius XII endorsed as potentially the greatest news for mankind since the coming of Christ since it was so important to the world health of mankind on earth. It could potentially eliminate starvation and malnutrition on earth for mankind. Pope Pius XII didn't mention this, but U.S. Army tests on this food product as recorded in the Congressional Record reported that this tasted really great and over 4 out of every 5 U.S. soldiers wanted this in their regular diet to eat according to the U.S. Army poll of U.S. soldiers who had been tested with this on two U.S. Army bases. This theft of $525,000 constituted a major violation of the U.S. Genocide Treaty signed into national law by President Ronald Reagan, but to Wash., D.C., the government of thieves, it was a funny joke to murder by federal policy many millions of people in America and worldwide annually by blocking them from getting the wonder health food that would have kept them alive and healthy on earth. Wash., D.C. is until the Omni Law is passed a highly criminal government at this time and has no conscience in issues such as murdering many millions of people worldwide annually which is merely a funny joke to the power elite and their agents in Wash., D.C. Until the Omni Law is passed, the American people are a colossal joke to the federal criminals running Wash., D.C. and I have heard comments from federal operatives what scorn and even hatred these federal operatives have for the ordinary people of America. As I say, Wash., D.C. is a highly criminal government at this stage and no apparent legal integrity in Wash., D.C. in 2013 due to Obama apparently totally corrupting Wash., D.C. from within.

If Obama successfully lowers our carbon dioxide, we have the potential of the collapse of all plant foods raised in America and maybe in the world if tried abroad. One scientific study already stated that our carbon dioxide level on earth was just above the suffocation level to raise plant crops with. If it goes any lower, this may stop the growing of all plant food on earth. In other words, worldwide famine with no food available for the human race after that. Carbon dioxide is not the threat, but carbon monoxide is a threat if you are exposed to heavy doses of it. And our Mega Farms can also be used to save the honeybees from extinction in America killed off by GMO insecticide policies.

Don't pass it and once the American economy has collapsed, it is too late to pass the Omni Law then to save your bank accounts, your jobs, and your businesses from being destroyed under Obama policy, and the collapse of American agriculture.
