You know, I could not possibly be surprised in any way by extraterrestrials working in and for the government, but I just find it very difficult to see how that person was an alien. The supposed changes in his facial structure were just not noticeable enough to display any significant evidence that he shape-shifted, and not that his head was simply distorted by the low resolution video. If it were a clearer image, then they might be more noticeable. However, I am not an expert on the bone structure of the human face, so maybe to an expert, the changes may have been blatantly obvious. I don't really know. Provocative and strange video, though.
