Our planet is being killed by these geoengineering technologies.

A hidden Haarp operation was done, off the coast of Oregon, to break up a low pressure, before it could bring rain to Oregon, and northern California. This Haarp operation was hidden, as much as possible, but was still easily visible, as this video proves. Five areas had man made, high pressure, air pressed down, which dried out the storms underneath, and stopped the overall rotation of the storm system. The Haarp operators were very careful to not create any clockwise rotation, which would be proof of a man made high pressure (falling air). However, the water vapor image showed most of the low pressure system had completely stopped it's CCW rotation, by late afternoon. This proves a mystery force was used to break up the low pressure storm system.
If you live in these drought affected areas, you need to watch these Pacific lows, as they move onshore, and you will see these weather control operations.
The Haarp operators worked very hard to hide this particular operation, from public view, but they were NOT successful.
A possible reason for extending the California drought, into Oregon, might be the Chicago Mercantile Exchange weather futures contracts. If the rain and temperature can be controlled for certain cities, like Portland, and Vancouver, that insider information can be turned into millions of dollars in profit, in only a month. NOTE: HOW DOES THE HAARP TRANSMITTER WORK?

The HAARP transmitter is like several hundred AM radio station transmitters, all working together. Since the transmitter antennas are computer controlled, the beam can be aimed to one tiny spot, in the sky. The radio signal heats an area in the ionosphere, about 12 miles long, and 3 miles wide. This "hot spot" can be moved up to 100 times per second, with great accuracy. The very thin air is suddenly heated to thousands of degrees. This sudden expansion is like a balloon popping, high up in the atmosphere. This causes a sudden pulse of pressure, which pushes a column of air down, towards the surface. This dry air downburst can be positioned anywhere within the Haarp range. The range is short, around 300 miles at night, but as long as 2,000 miles in the daytime. The SBX megawatt microwave transmitter is probably used to help set up the long distance ionospheric waveguide for daytime use. The SBX transmitter is powerful enough to control weather, by itself, and can travel anywhere in the Pacific. Chemtrails and Haarp are synergistic technologies, they work much better together, than separately. The Haarp downburst is typically used to kill thunderstorms, and takes a few minutes, to an hour. But, with a powerful hurricane, it takes days of downburst air (man made high pressure) to weaken, and then kill the storm. Also, it is used to control the jet stream, days in advance. This is an environmental crime, as every time a Haarp downburst is created, some of Earth's atmosphere is blown out to space. This bubble of atmosphere is permanently lost to the solar wind, and is one reason why deadly ultraviolet radiation has increased 1000% over the last twelve years.
