Forget the words cash out; use only the word exchange. You want to exchange your currencies; not cash out. Also if everything is done and it is time; where are the, so called 800#'s needed to make appointments with the bank? Show me some pictures of the new TRN's, or whatever they are suppose to be, or are people suppose to "cash out" for FRN's? Are you suggesting one just walks into any bank, at anytime, and say I want to cash out these currencies? I suppose you would also have people do their cash out with one of the bank's tellers. These guys are a little too cutsie also; "It's snowing. Here comes Santa Claus . . . here comes Santa Clause . . . right down Santa Claus Lane." Common people, grow the hell up.
