This is BS. When the RV happens it will happen for everybody at the same time, i.e. in order of each person making their own appointments and going to the bank at their appointed time. Everybody will get the same rate with no one being privileged over anybody else. No contract rates and no NDA's. A revaluation pertains to to the currency and is not negotiable. What the currency revalues at is what you are going to get. Simple as that.
