Most of us up here know what the Original 13 amendment is Drake, it's nothing new
The bottom line is that all governments are corporations; including the courts and none of them are subject to any constitution, original 13th amendment, or not. That is the hardest thing for people to learn; that the constitution means absolutely nothing in regard to any government. So until we get rid of the corporate aspect of governments they will remain under no constitutional authority at all. It doesn't apply. The good news is that corporations don't have the authority to lay and collect taxes on income or earnings, etc. unless you volunteer to pay them because you've been told that you have to. By what authority? Does Microsoft or Safeway have the authority to lay and collect taxes? Well neither does any other corporation. And, of course, you don't need to be a citizen of the UNITED STATES to be president either because he's only the president of a corporation CEO) if you will. But then again the president of the UNITED STATES, Inc. is NOT the commander-in-chief of the nation's military. Think about it! People have this thing called cognitive dissonance which is a tough nut to crack because if you tell people something often enough and long enough they tend to believe it to be true.
Well said. I told the irs to cram it 35 years ago. What needs to happen is for every business to tell that DC corporation that they are not going to withhold any taxes.
