Could you get a photocopy of the letters received as proof? Thanks

Anonymous said...

John, can you post one of these letters. Thanks

Already in process. When I get the scanned image it be posted. I am anxious as you all on this.

Thanks John, would you also be able to either hilight or add hand-written comments to the letter as to which aspects you feel are particularly relevant, as well as indicatory that these are hand-in-hand with NESARA? Thank you

I pray that this is for real. We are in the process of finishing some things in our home so we call sell it before they have a chance to take it away from us.

well there is a remdy; you can file a 1099A form with your IRS agent. The bank will file one claiming your mortgage loan amount after three years. I would think that since all "federal" mortgages are fraudulent by their very nature; there would be some compensation from the NESARA PLAN,, God has blessed us all

Yes, John- please post as much info as possible. Let us pray that it is real.
Blessings to all.

such a great blessing for so many.. Does anyone know what will happen to those of us who have already lost our homes?

Although I want this to be real, something isn't resonating with me. It is not a true debt forgiveness if the corrupt banks are recieving real money for their fiat based debt. The way I understand the debt forgiveness, it is forgiven so nobody has to pay for it. Just saying!

I do believe this is real why I feel this way is the CABAL is struggling to stop it proof is the fact they have sent warships off the coast of LIBYA. They do not want people to be free instead they will attempt to stop it with another useless war! I pray the good guys can prevent this war from starting. JCS you need to step up to the plate.

Sounds like wishful thinking and nothing more

As I've been told, under NESARA, for those of us that have lost our homes, it would be retroactive 5 to 10 years, and we would have the option of getting our home back or be reimbursed. I want my home back, and I want to be reimbursed for the HELL that I have been through!

Unless this IS A MIRACLE FRON ALMIGHTY GOD, It would seem to me that the cabal who has been delaying the RV of the Iraqi Dinar for quite some time now by using Maliki as a puppet, would be the same scumbags that have been and will continue to do everything in their power to stop the Global Settlements from being distributed. As long as Daddy Bush, Obama, The Clintons and other high ranking elitists have not been taken away in chains, you can believe this $$$ give-away to be a hoax. - Jackie Blue.

If this is true it would be so wonderful! This would help so many people that are suffering needlessly. I pray that it is happening. Thanks for posting this!

I'm in desperate need of foreclosure answers. Could you expand on the 1099A filing? I will pass along to my attorney. Thank you in advance

I have heard that you may have a chance to get your home back provided you lost it within the last several years or if you do not want to misplace a family have the option for some sort of monetary relief.

This is what totally disgusts me. There are honorable people who purchase homes, and they will have to leave because YOU couldn't manage your household and keep your home. Sounds mean, I know, but the bottom line is millions have made extremely POOR economic/financial decisions and expect others to pay or give back properties lost. Ludicrous! Entitlement jackasses! You obviously DON"T have any problem with disrupting other peoples lives do you? Did you think that maybe there is a nice family living there now! I have talked to so many like you, and all of you are the same... selfish self serving dingbats. You likely brought the hell into your own life, so the HONORABLE thing for you to do is MOVE on! Find another house and leave those who have settled into your lost investment alone. This whole nesara thing is one thing about getting your home back is pure entitlement ignorance and likely NOT TRUE!

So I lost my job nearly 13 years ago, then I lost my home 11 years ago on 9/8/01, then I lived with my parents during the 9/11 attacks and saw all on the news of the Phony Baloney!

So I don't get the money for my lost home just because it was 11 years ago?

Maybe I can't get it as I had it up for sale when I was told to move out, so I walked away!

If the Government committed a KNOWN FELONY many years ago, WE ARE NOT TO GET REIMBURSED, yet they lived high off the hog in doing so!

So those that purchased a home don't have to pay a dime and they get a full Refund?

However, those that chose to pay rent still have to make payments even $2-3,000 a month for a small apartment in a big city!

Miracles happen everyday...maybe being more positive and focused on the actual outcome you want would help.

Before the original NESARA document was taken off of the internet, that is what it stated....retroactive back 10 YEARS...

Too late for me. They already took my home. Next month I go to bankruptcy court. We lost everything we worked for after 20 years and if we haven't lost enough we'll lose more in bankruptcy. Bank wants to sue for the difference, which is over $100, 000. They bank couldn't work us and lower the mortgage, but they could sell to someone else at a loss. Too little too late. Both my husband and I lost our jobs to layoffs. Husband laid off after 23 years, two more years and he could have retired. Both out of work for over two years before I could get job but too late to save anything. I'm still crying over it all. I don't think I''ll ever be the same.

Don't leave your house!!! Demand to see the original prommisary note that you signed in blue INK. They do not have it as they bundle them together and sell them as derivatives. Not only that but the signing of that note creates the funds you are borrowing through you strawman account that is tied to your birth certificate. THE BANKS DO NOT LEND THEIR MONEY !!!!!!!

To Anon 2:26
These people lost their homes to FRAUD, They were induced into a FRAUDULENT Contract. The people who bought Foreclosed homes should look at the paper work, there is no guarantees to the Title. They took a risk for a bargain. It is no different than buying a car with no Title, when the person whos car was stolen comes forward the person who bought the car without a Title loses the car. With no way of recovering the funds other than suing the thief.

Every person who was foreclosed on by a Bank was the victim of grand theft.

Stop judging the people who are victims of a crime, you need to look into the facts. Stop shooting accusations from the hip. Take your anger out on the Banks and the Lawyers who make it possible, by deceipt, lies and fraud to steal someones property.

I am so sorry for your situation. Since you paid payments on the house for 20 years, you maintained it and I am sure you and your husband put a lot of hard work into your house, the bank does not have a right to all the payments and your hard labor and the house and property. How is that justice. You should figure out how much time and money you spent on the house and all the payments you made and counter sue the bank. This is something the lawyers NEVER do for their clients, they work for the banks not you.
If the lawyers worked for you they would have pointed out the unconsionable contract you were induced into at the closing.

To Anon @ 2:26,
Are you nervous because you bought a foreclosed home, and you may have to move if this NESARA thing happens to be true? "caveat emptor" Or is it possible that you are a banker or lawyer that has been covering up the fraud, just hoping that no one would find out? Or are you just plain ignorant as to how the banking system works? Are you implying that the families that were evicted through foreclosure, were not nice families? If you do not believe in NESARA, what are you doing on the NESARA Blog?

Anonymous said...

To Anon @ 3:52,
Bankruptcy is one of the best ways to make the bank validate the debt. If they are unable to produce the original documents, you can prove fraud in the taking of your home. If they come after you for the deficency make them produce the original documents. (wet ink copy) Don't miss this opportunity.

1099-A Abandoned property. The 'Loan Servicer' files it as the 'Lender'. My data suggests it has to do with some kind of backroom deal that will forever be unseen. One suggestion is to explore the possibility of filing a response 1099-A corrected, switching places with the 'Lender/Servicer'. This would probably require the input of a CPA, as I believe a Form 8281(?) needs to follow the 1099-A within 30 days.
Another thing is a 'Securitization Audit'.
One could also read up on 26 USC Sec 856.
Is MERS on your Deed Of Trust?

Be very careful with this form, 1099A: IMHO it appears to be a form for taxes on debt forgiveness, appears, as usual, they want it all.

To Anon @3:52,
The bank did not loan you money, but you can setoff this alleged mortgage with a Closed Checking Account. Find help at www.setoffdebt.com.

The news story on my Yahoo homepage only stated that they refinanced her house at a lower interest rate and at the current market value. Not fully paying it off.

Where does it say anything about a 1099-A is for abandoned property? ALL 1099 forms are classified as ESTATE AND GIFT TAX reporting forms. In other words, if you report anything on any W2, W$, 1099, 1098, etc...YOU are reporting that YOU have INTENDED that amount to be GIVEN AS A GIFT and under their tax code the DONOR of the GIFT has the tax liability! This is WHY you are being billed monthly payments. To pay the TAX due on YOUR GIFT of that NOTE you gave to the bank! This is WHY you are subject to income tax on your wages because YOU reported it as being INTENDED as a GIFT!

all those who have lost their homes, will be able to get them back!!!! DUE T NESARA LAW!!!

Don't worry, if you forclose or file bankruptcy and add your house, which is what we are doing it takes a while for all of the paper work, so you have a while to wait it all out, no worries:)

The settlement does not mean that you get your house back. There is compensation but it's minimal.

This is nothing but yet another back door bailout.

The banksters were forced to pony up money because they committed fraud.
Now, they send letters to people and unless people don't respond to the letters, they are considered having accepted a settlement. That means that people who are not able to pay the first mortgage and face foreclose will have a second loan forgiven. Big deal. Why would they want a 2nd forgiven when their house is going to foreclosure.

Even worse, now the homeowner has to pay income taxes on the amount forgiven.

Let's not forget the golden egg. The banks ALL participating banksters get credit for every mortgage they settle.

This wipes the slate clean - covers up the clouded titles. And rather than writing the bad loans off their books, they're getting paid for them.

BACKDOOR BAILOUT.
