8th Grader Arrested Over NRA T-Shirt

Now Faces $500 Fine And A Year In Jail

Suspended and arrested after refusing to change his NRA t-shirt after wearing it for over half a day at school!  A teacher at the school during lunch break decided to demand that Jared remove or turn the shirt inside out!!  When Jared stood up for his rights, the war began.
Today, 14-year-old Jared Marcum appeared before a judge and was officially charged with obstructing an officer!!!
A $500 fine and up to a year in jail - that’s the penalty that Jared could face now that judge Eric O'Brien has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it’s obstructing an officer charge against him!!
“Me, I’m more of a fighter and so is Jared and eventually we’re going to get through this."  -  Jared's father
IF YOU ARE AS OUTRAGED AS I AM, PLEASE CALL THE Charleston, West Virginia/Logan County OFFICIALS AND LET THEM KNOW THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR VIOLATING JARED'S NATURAL CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND NOT THE 8TH GRADER.

THIS YOUNG MAN AND HIS FATHER HAVE THE GUTS TO MAKE A STAND FOR THEIR RIGHTS.  WILL YOU STAND WITH THEM?  THE NEXT RIDICULOUS UNLAWFUL ARREST COULD BE YOURS.

MAKE THIS GO VIRAL!  THESE COMMIE THUGS WANT A WAR?  WE WILL GIVE THEM ONE!!!!!  MAKE THEIR PHONE AND FAX LINES GET SO TIED UP THEY CAN'T FUNCTION!!  CONTACT THE CHARLESTON, WEST VIRGINIA MEDIA AND LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD.  CALL THE WEST VIRGINIA GOVERNOR AND LAWMAKES AND RAISE HELL.

I bet the teacher who started all of this is just excited and very proud that this young man's life is soon to be destroyed over a shirt he wore to the public fool system indoctrination center.
The insanity is out of control and even the thugs in the justus system that are going along with this madness should be put in a mental hospital.

While I salute the bravery of son and father AND the point that the child should have the right to wear a T-shirt of his choice, the message of the NRA - one of gun ownership, ownership of a war-like instrument and symbol, is not in harmony with the world I want.

It is MO that they are making trouble for themselves in fighting for a cause that can do NO ONE any good in the end.

I am sending Love and Light for a dismissal.

You conservatives preach safety in schools and yet your upset when a caring teacher decides its probably not appropriate for a student to be wearing a shirt that supports guns and weapons in school? How is that? Whats more important to you, the safety of your loved ones or your stubborn opinion on how everyone should own a weapon whose sole purpose is destruction.

Actually sir I own several high powered weapons. myself and others don't use these weapons for destruction but as we all know we use these weapons to protect ourselves and our families for the greater good. God Bless Us in America and may we keep our constitution intact as God sought it to be for us.. I Hope, blessings
