Here is a bit of info that Shelby gave us from the beginning.
He stated that the debit cards would go through the same process
that one goes through when receiving a debit card
from the bank.
First the debit card arrives at your home than a few days later
your pin number arrives.
This is a security measure that is put in place.
Shelby said that he will be doing the same thing.
Debit cards will go out then a few days later you will receive the
activation information.
Therefore, IMO if we do get debit cards before the announcement of
the change of currency.
Shelby will most likely hold on to the activation information
until the new currency is announced or online.
Willie has stated that the debit cards will most likely be post
dated if received before the new currency comes on line.
There will be No need for the cards to be post dated.
One can receive the cards but will not be able to take any money
off the card until the activation information is -----------------------
Once again, tonight, Willie restated that Shelby is aware of the
switch to the UST & asset backed money.
Furthermore, he has put out that he will be making money available
on the cards once all the blessings are released

who is he exactly? He can be so defensive on his call and borderline self-righteous. He got into a tiff with a woman who called in to Wednesday nights call asking him qhy he referred to the GFL on Tuesday nights call (which if you listen to the archive of that show, he distinctly says galactic federation of LIGHT) and the woman offers her opinion based on her own research regarding the different "Galactics" and asked Willie if he knew the difference between them and he backpedaled and acted like he never said it and wanted to argue and spin it against the poor caller and then their favorite "mystery guest" a womsn hiding behind an alias known as "midwest" chimes in reiterates and confirms the callers info and then goes on to act like this poor woman was crazy or ignorant and just not seeings their way. The jury is still out on this call and their credibility is questionable. They sure do say a lot of good things but if you research this Hobo Prince- most you'll find is that he is a con man but I'm sure Willie would say that its just the cabal putting all that info out there and that he is the one to listen to with blind faith and without questioning his credibility. Hope he does know what he's talking about but even their Beck hype on their call and working it in to fit with their info even turned out to be a dud. Only time will tell and God will shine light on it all.

Thank you for your positive comments above. I also believe Shelby Bell is trying to make the U.S. a better place economically for 7 million families. Granted this is only a portion of the people who really need help but it will have an expanding effect as people us the money to fill their most important needs, better health either buying insurance or paying for services they need, food, clothes, nutritional supplements, join a gym, pay for car expenses....etc.......this all helps grow the economy. And that is his purpose. There is another program that is also planning on helping millions of people worldwide to enjoy better health needs. Keep the faith! It will happen eventually!

I believe Mr. Bell has good intentions and has faced many road blocks. However, it would be more beneficial for all Mr. Bell included if he would communicate with and let members know what is the status. I'm starting to think that after two years defending mr.bell, it may be true that something has either happened to him personally,or he has indeed forsakin all of us.we have all been very patient and have asked very little,if not by himself personally,then one of his reps.to at least let us know that he is or is not still tring to complete his promise.nothing,nothing at all has been addressed.so,as much as I wanted to believe in this man,and a part of me still does,I am slowly losing my faith in him,so please mr.bell.if you are still alive and on the face of this good planet.how about a shout out to all the people who haved believed in you.if I do not see a update on your web site,or on this site within a reasonable amount of time,I will have to say that I am abandoning this ship and moving on.hope you at least enjoyed a decent meal on the money that my family and i gave you for safe keeping.hope I'm dead wrong,and someone brings some news.

Personally, I think Mr. Shelby Bell was depending on the "Revaluation" of a particular foreign currency, which millions of people around the world, including here in the USA, are very familiar with. It was understood that this currency, the Iraqi Dinar, was in fact going to revalue during the "Dr. Shabbibi day." or during the days that Mr. Shelby Bell was alerting everyone about his HPEP. He's been scamming people since 2011. I myself have put a lot of "faith" in him and giving him the benefit of the doubt despite what the media said. Yet his site's been down for like a year, the contact number he gave cannot be reached and he has done nothing to reach out to any of the participants (like me) who've already paid for the project and have been awaiting for these debit cards since 2011. The reports showed what he's been doing with the money he's received from the participants and none of it has been in the effort to better our lives as he claims. The only life he's bettering is his own.

I am writing to find out the current status of the Hobo Prince Economic Project. I paid the $25 membership in 2011. The last time I heard from the Project was 2012 where he was mailing out the debit cards fully loaded. If some people have already received their debit cards, how long will the waiting period for me to receive mine in East Chicago, IN? It would still be very helpful at this time to be able to receive these much needed benefits. This can be very good for 7 million people to live a better life. If you're really trying to get the funds that everyone says has a way then you have been fooled. You all need to focus on why there is a Treasury of Puerto Rico? That's the true Treasury. Also Guam has an IRS only. Do a DUNS search in San Juan, PR for the keyword "treasury" and you'll see it. What I have found out is after the Mother fills out the child's application with 5 signatures (including her's). It is microfilmed then the original document is sent to Health and Vital Statistics of whatever state. Then a typed copy is made and the signatures are forged with a machine onto the newly typed certificate. Another certificate is made with the summary of facts of the child which you all probably have one today. The orginal typed and forged signature document is then sent to the Treasury of Puerto Rico where it can be stamped when some corporation borrows the money since you're the collateral. Now the SSA, IRS and Treasury of the US complete certain power of attorney forms over you're ENTITY NAME with other borrower's loans and producer's loans etc and assign you a SSN number to pay tax on those loans that they use for budgets each year. Just revoke all those forms they put on you and register and trademark your name described as collateral for bankrupt US. You want to be a state citizen reclaiming all the borrowed money. Watch out for their forms and questions and cross out what you don't like.

He has been scamming since the 80's. He dupped people out of money for an enviromental project. He was going to revolutionize the world by cleaning up poluted water ways. he figure if he could just get people to invest money he would take those ugly cheap plastic green houses fill them with polution sucking plants, float them on the columbia river slew, and suddenly clean water.
