WHO TO BLAME

Not a day goes by that my email inbox does not contain at least 5 emails blaming Obama for all the problems we face in this country today. One would believe that prior to the 2008 election we lived in a country where our leaders followed the Constitution and Bill of Rights to the letter; that we were operating with a surplus in our budget; that we had no socialist policies in place and that unconstitutional, immoral wars had never occurred.
If the power cabal continues to provide us with a convenient excuse not to look in the mirror for the true cause of our problems, we will continue to swirl down the drain into the cesspool of history.
NEWSFLASH: Obama is president of this country because we the people have failed to insist on constitutional government by demanding political candidates follow the dictates of their oath and instead have repeatedly chosen the lesser of two political evils while rationalizing in our minds we have no other choice.
We have used our knowledge accumulated at the hands of socialist masters to make ridiculous, inane statements such as we cannot vote for this or that candidate because they “cannot win.” No, Einstein, they can’t win because people like you don’t vote for them but choose instead to vote for a constitution destroying tyrant because they happen to belong to your favorite political party where they have kissed enough asses and played the political game in order to become a party favorite.
Please don’t ever send another email blaming anyone for the mess this country is in if you haven’t insisted on voting for candidates who openly support our Constitution and Bill of Rights over party loyalty.Examples of this idiocy are many. How many Second Amendment supporters and NRA members chose to vote for Mitt Romney in the past election? After all, Ol’ Willard was the only candidate for president in 2012 who had ever signed an assault weapons ban into law. A 2A supporter voting for an anti-gun candidate makes perfect sense only to people down at the nut house, characters from the book 1984 and Republican Party faithful.
We weep and wail about Agenda 21 and what that entire program is doing to destroy our sovereignty, yet we continue to support political parties that have endorsed this insanity with Executive Orders. Every president since Richard Nixon has signed an Executive Order supporting some form of United Nations control over the citizens of this country, trashing our sovereignty in the process. Bush Senior came right out and said “New World Order” but what the hell; he was a “conservative,” and all God’s children love conservatives. Conservative tyranny is so much better than the liberal flavor and costs less too!
Millions claim to be “conservative” in our country and to a person almost always vote for the R’s. By casting these votes the only things these people have been “conserving” over the past several decades has been an ever increasing tyrannical government, the loss of individual freedoms and unconstitutional wars.Being delusional in this country has become our national pastime. 
We constantly hear citizens, many of them when uttering public prayers, ask for “protection for our men and women in uniform as they defend our freedoms in foreign lands.” A person has to be either high on drugs or pure unadulterated nationalism to believe that falsehood. Our men and women in uniform are fighting and dying to increase the bottom line financial statements of those in the military/industrial/congressional complex while our government here is taking our individual freedoms at an accelerated rate.Most bizarre of all are those who complain about the overreach of the federal government on certain issues while clamoring for more of the same on issues they support.
Case in point: at a meeting of County Commissioners some time back a sidewalk patriot had been complaining about the tyrannical acts of the US Forest Service when it came to closing state roads but then said he hoped the feds would come in to Colorado and enforce federal Marijuana laws since the idiots (his words) in our state had voted to legalize it. I get lots of emails from this man demonizing Obama for the sins of the world, but I would assume he would be fine with Obama if he would just send jackbooted thugs here to arrest and imprison those “damned potheads” as he called them, or if he would simply change the letter after his name from a D to an R.
True Freedom and Liberty will only return to this country when we demand every candidate, for public office exhibits a working knowledge of the Constitution and an unwavering fealty to our Bill of Rights---all ten Amendments. They must know the penalty for failing to honor their word is swift and severe. If they owe any debt to a political party, history has shown that debt will be paid in lieu of any loyalty to constitutional government.
Don’t blame the politician or the errant child; they will always do what they are allowed to do. Place the blame where it belongs: on the people who provide an environment where tyranny, dishonesty and treason are not only tolerated, but embraced by the party faithful.    In Liberty mike
